During The X Factor Season 1, Melanie Amaro had a rollercoaster of a ride on the way to winning it all, including the $5 million recording contract. The tensions were high last night between the judges (Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and L.A. Reid) on The X Factor USA Season 2. With only six acts remaining, you know they are all fighting to have one of their acts win it all for The X Factor 2012. Each of the remaining acts took on two songs last night and then left it up to America to decide which two go home tonight during another double elimination on The X Factor Season 2. She has been in the bottom two most of The X Factor USA 2012, but has made the cut a couple times, The judges have saved her many times and now here she is in The X Factor 2012 Top 6. With The X Factor Season 2 down to the Top 6, the pressure is on for the remaining six acts. Tonight they took on two songs for The X Factor USA 2012, as they sang one performance chosen by the fans during the Pepsi Challenge. These songs, performances, clothes and everything were picked by the fans, so they should be happy! The second is an Unplugged song, where The X Factor 2012 Top 6 are stripped down and forced to just sing on The X Factor USA stage. One of the surprise acts left for me on The X Factor Season 2 is Fifth Harmony. I didn’t even want them to make the live shows on The X Factor USA 2012, but here they are now in the Top 6 and still going strong. This is a crucial week for them on The X Factor 2012, as they have never broken the Top 4 in the rankings, so they may be headed home on The X Factor USA Season 2. Another front runner on The X Factor Season 2 has been Tate Stevens, as him and Carly Rose Sonenclar have battled for the top spot in the rankings every week on The X Factor USA 2012. Tate is the first country singer on The X Factor and they tend to do well on all singing shows, so I am not surprised. Tonight he took on two songs for The X Factor 2012 Top 6 and hoping the votes continue to come his way. One of the big time favorites this season on The X Factor Season 2 has been Carly Rose Sonenclar. She may be only 13 years old, but she has the voice of a seasoned singer and proves that every week on The X Factor USA 2012. Tonight she took on two songs as part of The X Factor 2012 Top 6. One was picked by America in the Pepsi Challenge and one was an Unplugged song, where the acts were just stripped down and left on stage to show us how they can sing. The Top 8 on The X Factor Season 2 saw two more acts eliminated tonight, as we now have the Top 6 on The X Factor 2012 and to top that we also got to see Alicia Keys perform on The X Factor USA Season 2. Simon Cowell and FOX have brought out the big guns for The X Factor results show and brought on some big names, including Alicia Keys tonight. She is out promoting her album and made a stop on The X Factor Season 2.

The Top 8 on The X Factor Season 2 took the stage last night and it seemed The X Factor judges (Britney Spears, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid) stole the show. Sometimes their banter is fun to watch, but it seems they love their acts, but then have to cut down the other acts just to see them lose votes on The X Factor 2012. I don’t know why, but I was very annoyed at points in the show last night. Now it is time for me to make my The X Factor Season 2 predictions and find out who was eliminated on The X Factor USA.

The X Factor Season 2 still aired tonight despite it being Thanksgiving, so besides seeing two more acts leave us tonight we also got to see Cher Lloyd perform on X Factor USA Season 2. Why The X Factor 2012 aired tonight is beyond me and I very curious to see how they did with the ratings, but I am thinking they weren’t great. Who wanted to stop eating all their turkey to tune in for The X Factor Season 2 results? A treat though: Cher Lloyd on X Factor USA!
