Britney Spears confirmed today that she is leaving The X Factor USA, whether it was a voluntary departure or she got fired is still up in the air, but now rumors have Britney is in the works to headline a show in Las Vegas! Maybe that is why she did literally quit The X Factor USA 2012? Nothing is confirmed, but it seems people in Vegas are trying to woo her for a Britney Spears Vegas show. Would you go see it?

Taking a page from The Voice Season 3, Simon Cowell started the night on The X Factor USA 2012 with a special tribute to all the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting. He looked like he was struggling a little with his little speech and maybe even getting a little teary eyed? The Top 12 took the stage afterwards and sang “You Are Not Alone” by Michael Jackson.
