Last week on The Bachelor Season 18, things heated up in New Zealand, as we saw Andi get her first one-on-one date of the season with Juan Pablo. Things went well and she walked away with the date rose. To clear things up with Clare after the blowup in Vietnam, she got the other one-on-one date and a half-ass apology from Juan Pablo was good enough for her, as the lovebirds made out all night and she got the date rose. Juan Pablo sent Cassandra home at the group date because he wasn’t feeling it and wanted her to get home to her son. Then eliminated Kat at the Rose Ceremony.

We are one week away from The Voice USA 2014 premiere and the return of Usher and Shakira joining Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Carson Daly for The Voice Season 6 and the start of the Blind Auditions! This is one of my favorite parts of the show, but as we get deeper and deeper into The Voice 2014 Season 6, we all know the coaches bring on mentors to help their teams out during the Battle and Knockout Rounds on The Voice USA 2014! The mentors on The Voice 2014 can be a good or bad thing. A lot of the time they are there just for show and to show off who the coaches are friends with or the mentor is trying to promote something in their own career, so go on The Voice and have people remember who you are. However, some of the mentors can give some amazing advice, which I love seeing. It is cool to see these contestants go into a room with not only their coach, but also a big name in the music industry. To learn from both of them has to be such a huge honor to these contestants.

We are one day away from the start of the live shows on American Idol 2014 and we get the chance to vote for the first time this season, so let’s take one last look at those Top 31 on American Idol Season 13! The American Idol judges 2014 (Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr.) have narrowed the field down to just 31 contestants and they will take the stage this week and perform for your votes! Last week on American Idol 2014, we saw the return of the Green Mile and a new way of introducing the Top 31 to us. I was a huge fan of it, as we saw the different singers go in front of the judges and find out their fate. Instead of going through all the final solo performances at one time, the new producers gave us a look at the journey these contestants have been on for the entire season. We saw part of their final performance and I liked that. It gave us a chance to get to know a little more about each singer, especially since we will be voting on them this week!
