The reigns were turned over to America last night on The X Factor Season 2 and tonight we find out who they sent home on The X Factor 2012. In a surprise, Simon Cowell announced that the judges discussed it and they pretty much think that Britney Spears screwed it up last week and Diamond White will be returning to The X Factor Season 2. That gives us a Top 13, which must go down to a Top 12 tonight. Check out my The X Factor Season 2 predictions below.

It is hard to do The X Factor Season 2 predictions this first week because I have no idea how America will vote. They always seem to baffle me with how they vote on American Idol, so I am not going to be surprised with how it goes down tonight. Thirteen singers took the stage, but only 12 will move on to next week.

It has been a big week on The Voice Season 3, as we have seen the Top 20 take the stage and for the first time, America was able to vote! The teams started out with five singers this week on The Voice 2012, but when tonight is done there will only be three singers left on each team. American saves two singers and the coaches (Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine) will get to use their final save of The Voice Season 3 to save one more singer from their team. Bravo is putting a little twist on it’s hit cooking show and we are now seeing Top Chef Seattle kick off. This is the tenth season of Top Chef and the premiere has us meeting 21 new chefs all having the dream of making it into the Top Chef Seattle kitchen. The Ultimate Chef Test kicks off the Top Chef Seattle premiere and it is a battle to the end, but who will make the cut on Top Chef Season 10?

The four judges (Chef Tom Colicchio, Chef Hugh Acheson, Chef Emeril Lagasse and Chef Wolfgang Puck) have invited 21 chefs to their restaurants to test them to see if they have the skills to make it on Top Chef Season 10. All 21 could make it or none of them could make it, but then they wouldn’t really have a show!

The Presidential Election put us a night behind in seeing it on The Voice Season 3, but tonight was the night we got to see Trevin Hunte take the stage for The Voice live playoffs. Trevin has been a strong contender for Team Cee Lo and continued that tonight on The Voice 2012. We saw Team Cee Lo and Team Christina take the stage tonight after Team Blake and Team Adam performed on Monday night. Cee Lo Green has a strong team and you could see that in the Trevin Hunte live playoff on The Voice Season 3.

When Trevin Hunte was in middle school, one of his teachers told him he would never make it in the music industry. If they could only see him now…and since this is on network TV, I bet they can see him on The Voice Season 3 and feel like an ass right about now! Trevin has over and over again shown so much talent and for someone that is only 18 years old. You look at him and don’t see it, but he is young and so much more time to grow as a singer.

Thanks to the Presidential Election last night, The Voice Season 3 was forced to move back a night and the second half the Top 20 took the stage tonight for The Voice live playoffs. On Monday it was Team Blake and Team Adam and tonight it was Team Christina and Team Cee Lo take the stage. Christina Aguilera and her team are strong, but all the girls were waiting to see the Dez Duron live playoff on The Voice 2012.

Dez Duron on The Voice Season 3 is very much a sight for anyone’s eyes. He is very easy to look at and I think he could literally stand there with a mic in his hand and sing nothing and the girls (and boys) would call in and vote for him! The only think that I would prefer is if he sang with his shirt off…anyone agree? Christina has stacked her team with some pop divas, so it is weird to see a guy on her team.
