Biggest Loser 2013 Spoilers: Week 9 Preview – Work Week (VIDEO)

| December 9, 2013 at 2:01 PM EST

One team will tempted big time this week on The Biggest Loser 2013, as the losing team at the challenge will face a week of working in a diner and having the cookies and pies and bad food staring at them that whole week on The Biggest Loser Season 15! It is Work Week on The Biggest Loser 2013 and the remaining contestants will have to face handling a job and trying to lose weight at the same time, which is something we all struggle with. It is easy to lose 15 pounds in a week when all you have to do is workout, right? Try adding an eight-hour workday into that mix and see how they manage on the scales! Check out a preview of Week 9 on The Biggest Loser Season 15 below in our Biggest Loser 2013 spoilers video!

The Biggest Loser - Season 15

Last week on The Biggest Loser Season 15, the contestants faced the spinning of the wheel at the weigh-in. The contestant who it landed on would get the chance to go home for one week and live life outside of the ranch and they could bring their trainer with them! I thought this was an awesome opportunity, but then some of the contestants were nervous. You do have to leave the ranch at some point, so why not do it with a trainer in your back pocket??? Jay went home and came back strong and lost 12 pounds for his team. The Red Team found themselves on the losing end of things and Ruben Studdard fell below the Red Line after another poor showing on the scales, so he was sent home for the second time this season!

The Sing-Off

Since we have not seen The Sing Off on-air in two years, we have seen a lot of changes on TV and in pop culture. The Voice  is a mainstay now on NBC and with their lead-in tonight, NBC is hoping The Sing Off Season 4 is a success. Also, a capella has become popular, especially with the success of Pentatonix, the Season 3 winner, and the success of the movie Pitch Perfect. I mean, how many videos of that damn “Cups” song were uploaded to YouTube???

The previews are saying this is going to be the most exhausting, both physically and mentally, finale on The Amazing Race 2013 ever. I guess they will be earning that winning prize, huh? Amazing Race 2013 Spoilers - Finale

Last week on The Amazing Race Season 23, the teams took on some interesting challenges, which consisted of eating snakes to boiling eggs in a crater! The best challenge of the season had the teams have to do each other up in makeup and get done up like a traditional bride. Jason makes a pretty drag queen, huh? It was the Detour that took down Leo & Jamal, as they searched and searched to find a tool in a tea field. After hours of no luck, they decided to switch to the makeup. They get there and say no way to shaving their beards, so headed back to find the tool. They finally found it, but it was too late and they checked in with host Phil Keoghan as the last team. However, non-elimination leg of the race and they survived!

The drama starts soon, so follow along with us in our Live Recap starting soon!
