Project Runway All Stars 2019 Recap: Week 6 – Pedal to the Metal

That meant things were going to be shiny and bright on the runway, but it didn’t end shiny and bright for one designer! Last week on Project Runway All Stars Season 7, the designers headed out to Turtleback Zoo and had to choose one of the animals to use an inspiration for their night out on the town look. Some had no issues with this challenge, but then others were struggling, like Django, who seems to get frazzled whenever Anne Fulenwider gives him a bad critique. We also saw some drama between Michelle and Dmitry, who felt her inspiration for her look came from one of his previous looks. Despite Django’s look being terrible and nothing like the lion he picked, he was safe and it was Juli sent home!

The twist though is the rookies will be paired with a veteran, so alliances will be tested as they fight for a share of that $1 million prize!

Last week on Family by the Ton 2019, we saw the big blowup between Casey, Amy and Amanda during Ed’s surgery. He felt attacked and Amy said he doesn’t like to be called out on things. This all discourages him from wanting to do the surgery, but he does move in with his mom to help out on things and goes to see a personal trainer, so props to him on that. Amy and her dad signed up for the Spartan Race, which now has Amy freaking, especially since it is such a long and intense race and she’s unsure if she can make it through it all. Then Amanda is finally able to get her cancer checked out and see if it spread any over the past two years.
