The contestants on The Biggest Loser 2014 will be soaring to some new heights tonight on The Biggest Loser Season 16, as they will be hang-gliding and the previews have me scared for them! Besides that, the teams will be faced with a challenge that has the winning team picking one of their opponents to sit out the next weigh-in and not help their team out. Last week on The Biggest Loser Glory Days, the contestants faced the Biggest Loser Lottery and one player was picked to head home for one week and their trainer went with them. Damien Woody was the player picked and he went home with Jessie for the week, which left the Blue Team without a trainer. They survived though, as Damien pulled out a huge number and kept them all safe. It was a week of big numbers on the scale, but the Red Team fell short and Mike volunteered to go home and let the younger contestants stick around. However, he headed to Comeback Canyon to take on Chadra, who took down Emmy Lou Munoz at their weigh-in and Emmy was eliminated!

We are moving closer and closer to the Project Runway 2014 finale and see who wins Project Runway Season 13, but we have a big challenge tonight as the designers on Project Runway Season 13 will take a losing design from this season and try to make it work and transform it to a winning look! They will have some helpers this week, as eliminated designers return to help out and in comes Korina to be partnered with Char, of course! Last week on Project Runway Season 13, the designers were working in pairs and had to bid on storage units to get the materials they would be using for their looks! They actually came up with some really good looks, but we saw Char and Korina in the bottom two spots and the Project Runway judges 2014 could not pick the worse look, so they have them a new challenge: one hour to make a winning new look. Korina never had a chance, as she was focused on how bad Char was and how she shouldn’t be in that situation to actually create a new look. The judges sent Korina home and everyone breathed a sigh of relief!

It was time for the winner of Top Chef Duels Season 1 to be crowned after all of the duels and challenges have been completed, so who won Top Chef Duels 2014 last night? Find out the results on Top Chef Duels finale last night below in our Top Chef Duels 2014 spoilers!

Last night on Top Chef Duels Season 1, we saw the return of the nine winning chefs from the duels this season. Joining them was the winner of The Knockout, which happened to be Tiffani Faison. They would all compete in two challenges and the best two chefs in each challenge would move on to the final duel. First challenge: create an all-black dish. Second challenge: create an all-white dish.

Last night on Survivor Blood vs Water 2014, the fun started with the Reward Challenge and Jeremy saw the Coyopa Tribe arrive without his wife Val. John promised him that he would keep her safe for sharing the Hidden Immunity Idol clue with him. This was clearly not the case and he was going to out him to everyone and make it his mission to get him voted off the island! On a side note, but Coyopa won the Reward Challenge and got their first victory of the season!
