Dancing with the Stars All Stars Predictions: Week 6 Results Show – Who Goes Home?
| October 30, 2012 at 1:05 PM EDTIt was a night full of country music last night on Dancing with the Stars All Stars and for the first time this season, we saw two teams score perfect scores! The night was fun and entertaining and after a week of no eliminations last week, it is time to find out who was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars All Stars. With the dancers being All Stars, this is a tough season to make predictions, but here are my DWTS All Stars predictions.
The two perfect scores last night came from Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel and Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff. They both did great dances and I fell in love with the Sabrina and Louis routine on Dancing with the Stars 2012. It had so much emotion and passion and it goes to show why they are on top of the leader board again this week. On the other side of things, Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy had improvement over their dance and scores last week, but it wasn’t enough to move them out of that bottom spot.
Anderson Live Cancelled: Anderson Cooper Daytime Talk Show Cancelled
| October 30, 2012 at 1:00 PM EDTSometimes you can’t have it all Anderson Cooper, but he gave it a try. The New York Times has reported that Anderson Cooper’s daytime talk show has been cancelled. Anderson Live is in its second season and will not return after next summer. Anderson has had a successful run on CNN, but apparently none of those fans wanted to watch his daytime talk show and Anderson Live has been cancelled.
Anderson Live is in syndication and a studio executive for the show talked to The New York Times and said because of low ratings are the reason for Anderson Live cancelled. The show will continue the remainder of the second season, but a new show will replace is Fall 2013 (maybe Queen Latifah’s new talk show)?
Dancing with the Stars All Stars: Country Night – Sabrina and Louis Rumba (VIDEO)
| October 30, 2012 at 1:25 AM EDTIt was two hours of dancing tonight on Dancing with the Stars All Stars, as the remaining eight All Stars took to the dance floor to perform to country hits. It was a busy week for the dancers, as they had to learn their partner dance, a solo during that dance and a freestyle group dance featuring all of the dancers on Dancing with the Stars 2012. Country music normally means line dances, but these All Stars proves that wrong with some great routines on Dancing with the Stars All Stars.
One of those routines which stood out, and for good reason, was the Rumba by Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel. In the pre-video, Sabrin broke down in tears telling her story and how much this performance and this song meant to her. The meaning behind the DWTS All Stars performance was great and dealt with drugs and being hurt. All that emotion she was showing had to come out on the dance floor and it definitely did.
The Voice Season 3 Knockout Rounds: Trevin Hunte And Terisa Griffin Battle (VIDEO)
| October 30, 2012 at 1:04 AM EDTThe Knockout Rounds kicked off tonight on The Voice Season 3 and there were some intense battles as Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green paired up singers from their teams to battle it out and only one singer would be left standing. The Knockout Rounds are new to The Voice 2012 and I am in love. They were so intense tonight, but it also sucks to see someone have to head home. It was a huge battle in the Trevin Hunte and Terisa Griffin Knockout Round on The Voice Season 3 and you can watch it below.
As the shows go on on The Voice Season 3, I hate having to see any of these singers go home. Both Trevin and Terisa are very talented and strong singers, so it seemed like an odd pairing by Cee Lo. Terisa and Trevin have become close over this season and she calls him her son. It is sad to see after the Knockout Round and you can truly see how close they actually were and are.
Dancing with the Stars All Stars Live Recap: Week 6 Performances – Country Hoedown!
| October 29, 2012 at 7:00 PM EDTIt is a Country Hoedown tonight on Dancing with the Stars All Stars, as the final eight All Stars take to the stage with their cowboy hats and boots to hopefully dance their way to safety for another week. There were no dancers eliminated on Dancing with the Stars 2012 last week, as the presidential debate cut the show down to two one-hour shows and only performances last week. This week will be different on DWTS All Stars, as tomorrow night will feature an elimination based on last weeks and this weeks score. It’s going to be fun, so come back for my Dancing with the Stars All Stars live recap!
Tonight on Dancing with the Stars All Stars will feature the eight All Stars dancing with their partners and then Little Big Town will take the stage for a performance and then we will get to see a first on DWTS All Stars: the dancers will perform with the musical guests. Big & Rich and Cowboy Troy will take the stage to perform a medley of “Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)” and “I Play Chicken with the Train” as the final eight dancers will perform a freestyle dance…kind of cool!
