Sundance Head clearly has nothing that can break his nerves on The Voice USA 2016, as he has now taken on two songs by the coaches and nailed them. Ironically, they are songs from both the female coaches on The Voice USA Season 11 (Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus)! He nailed it again during the Voice Top 11 performances, as he took on Alicia. For his performance, he sang “No One” by Alicia Keys. Sundance brought his dad in for rehearsals and that’s kind of cool. He said he grew up idolizing Alicia Keys, so he is hoping he nails this one. This was a big risk to take on this song and while it was a little slow, he can sing. I like his voice and style and was a little bored at first, but he brought that big note towards the end and definitely woke some people up! It was cool hearing a country version of this song and he definitely ended it very strong.

We kicked off the DWTS Finale last night on Dancing with the Stars 2016 and it was time for the couples on Dancing with the Stars Season 23 to perform those freestyle dances! I mean, isn’t this what we all wait for each season? James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess have definitely been standouts all season long, so I was intrigued to see what they came up with! For their redemption dance, they redid the foxtrot, which they performed back in Week 1! That is a lot of pressure in the first week, so they could only improve on it, right? They definitely did and I loved the story of this dance. They seemed to have a little stumble during it, but it was Sharna’s stupid dress and just wear less clothing Sharna! The judges noticed the stumble, so it was a 37 out of 40 for them.

Last night on The Voice Season 11, the Voice Top 11 performed without no mentors this week, so it was just them and their coach, which was nice to see. I love watching Alicia Keys with her team, as she puts some effort into arranging their songs and how she thinks it would sound best, which is just cool seeing her do.

Last night on Dancing with the Stars Season 23, we started the night with four couples and watched as they each performed two times: one performance was a redemption dance, where the judges picked a dance style they did not do great with earlier in the season and had to improve upon it, and then the freestyle dances! We were all waiting for those, right?
