I will be honest: America’s Got Talent 2013 was a little on the boring side for me last night and the performances were nothing special, especially with the fact that we are at the semifinals on AGT 2013! I want to see more exciting and more fun performances and these 12 acts seemed to let me down. Am I alone on that thought? Collins Key has pulled off some amazing tricks during his time on America’s Got Talent Season 8, but was his trick last night worthy of moving on tonight? For his trick last night on AGT 2013, Collins had earlier in the show asked America to tweet out where is a great place to go on a date and they had three options to choose from. When he came out, he said he was going to try and find a date from someone in the audience. He had all these words on the screen behind him and the judges picked out balls from bags to describe things about this possible date. One girl in the audience had a red card with #PossibleDate on the card. She came up and then the judges revealed the balls to describe everything this girl was wearing. Then Nick Cannon revealed the winning place from Twitter and Collins had that place written on his arm!

We are into the semifinals now on AGT 2013 and NBC apparently changed it up last night on America’s Got Talent 2013. I was under the impression that eight acts would perform each week and then the finale. Not the case, as 12 acts took the stage last night on America’s Got Talent Season 8. Six acts will move on and six will go home. Check out our America’s Got Talent 2013 predictions and see who we think moves on!

Things are heating up on America’s Got Talent 2013, as the Quarterfinal Rounds are behind us and it is time for the 24 remaining acts on AGT 2013 to take the stage and perform for our votes in hopes of moving on to the America’s Got Talent Season 8 finals! We start with eight acts tonight and it looks like it will be intense, as some of my favorites (and yours too) will be hitting the stage at Radio City Music Hall tonight! Things wrapped up last week on America’s Got Talent 2013, as the final 12 acts took the stage and four moved on and eight more went home. That left us with 20 acts total from the Quarterfinals, but then in a special twist the judges were each given a wild card act to move on to the semifinals. Heidi Klum chose Duo Resonance and Mel B picked Tone the Chiefrocca. We will find out the wild card picks for Howie Mandel and Howard Stern this week.

I saw this story and it just made me laugh, as Hell’s Kitchen Season 11 winner Ja’Nel Witt has failed her drug test that is required before starting her new gig at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, so she has lost the head chef position! This is an interesting change of events for Ja’Nel, who was seen as a frontrunner for most of Hell’s Kitchen 2013 and beat our Mary Poehnelt is the finale back in July.

The story is being reported by TMZ, so you never know with those guys, but Ja’Nel Witt did go to her Twitter and pretty much confirm it, but deny it in a series of tweets:
