The Battle Rounds on The Voice USA 2013 got off to a great start last night on NBC, as six battles took place on The Voice Season 5 and we still have plenty more to make out way through. This is a great round, as we see The Voice USA Season 5 coaches (Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and CeeLo Green) pit their own singers against each other and pick a winner to move on to the Knockout Rounds on The Voice 2013. Intense battles happen when you have teams filled with great singers and it is only going to continue tonight! Last night on The Voice Season 5, we saw the steals come into play already and these coaches seem determined to win it all! One of those steals came during the battle between Caroline Pennell and Anthony Paul for Team CeeLo. It was a pretty good battle, besides the crazy, creepy eyes at times from Anthony. In the end, CeeLo picked Caroline, but Christina Aguilera thought Anthony Paul was too good to go home, so she used one of her steals and snatched him up for Team Christina!

NBC seemed to delay the premiere of The Biggest Loser 2013 a week and who knows why, but we finally get to meet the new cast of The Biggest Loser Season 15 as they all start their journey of second chances on Biggest Loser 2013! Jillian Michaels, Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper all return to The Biggest Loser 15 and Allison Sweeney is back as host, so let’s get things started! The big news on Biggest Loser 2013 is for the first time in the show’s history is they have a celebrity contestant, sort of. Ruben Studdard, who won Season 2 of American Idol, is now taking a stab at another reality show. He may have won Idol, but he is going to have a tougher time with this competition and shedding weight for his 462-pound body! He comes into the competition being the heaviest contestant of the season!

If any of these new contestants on The Biggest Loser 2013 can do what Danni Allen did for me during her journey to winning The Biggest Loser Season 14, then I am ready for the fun to begin tonight on The Biggest Loser Season 15! We have 15 new contestants trying to fight for a second chance at life and trainers Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince will help them along the way. For The Biggest Loser 15, we have our first celebrity contestant, as American Idol winner Ruben Studdard tries to shed the pounds from his 462-pound frame! Check out a preview below in our Biggest Loser 2013 spoilers!

Besides the first celebrity contestant, we have some other changes coming to this season. Instead of the normal two hour episodes, we now have a one-hour format on Tuesday nights before The Voice USA 2013 airs. We will have a special two-hour episode here and there, but most will be done in the one-hour format. This will keep things moving along very quickly, which can be good and bad in my opinion.

One of the singers on The Voice USA 2013 that I was most excited to see perform would have to be Caroline Pennell on Team Cee Lo and it was more of wanting to see what Cee Lo Green did with her as a coach on The Voice USA Season 5! The Battle Rounds kicked off last night on NBC and we got to see Caroline Pennell take on Anthony Paul and it turned out to be pretty good! She had a different look to her and I’m sure that will change even more once Cee Lo gets his hands on her more and more! For their battle last night on The Voice 2013, Caroline and Anthony took on “As Long As You Love Me” by Justin Bieber. With this song, it seemed more fitting for Anthony and his soulful voice. However, Caroline has a way of showing so much emotion when she sings, even though she is shy and only sang at summer camps before!
