Last night on The Biggest Loser Season 16, the contestants started the night with their first challenge and testing their knowledge of nutrition. They studied different food and their nutritional information. The twist, get the question wrong and they would force their trainer to eat the junk food! Yeah, they weren’t excited, but the challenge went on and the Red Team had Dolvett Quince eating a lot of junk food! In the end, the White Team won the challenge and got a two-pound advantage at weigh-in.

The designers on Project Runway 2014 will be hitting the streets of New York City tonight to find their muses, as they take on the Real Women Challenge and finding women to get makeovers on Project Runway Season 13. From the previews, it looks like the designers were struggling to find some women willing to get a makeover. Last week on Project Runway Season 13, the designers had a different kind of challenge, as they were creating looks for little girls inspired by American Girl dolls! This was not a normal challenge and some of the designers struggled to come up with looks that worked with the 12 year old girls. Despite Sandhya creating a look that she loved and thought the judges were crazy for not agreeing with her, the judges sent Sandhya home and I could not have been happier! I liked her when the season started, but she got cocky and standoffish the past couple weeks and that turned me off to her.

It looks like we have a double header tonight on The Biggest Loser 2014, as the contestants on The Biggest Loser Season 16 will face two challenges and twice the pressure to gain those advantages at the weigh-in this week. The White Team won the challenge and got to pick one team to workout with them at the gym all week and the other team would be out on their own. They picked the Blue Team because they felt they were the weaker team and wanted to give the Red Team a disadvantage. It worked, as the Red Team lost the weigh-in and they voted off Emmy Lou Munoz and she she headed to Comeback Canyon to join Bob and Andrea Wilamowski.

Time for another battle at Comeback Canyon on The Biggest Loser 2014 and it will not end well for one of the ladies, as we will see another contestant on The Biggest Loser Season 16 eliminated.
