We have made it to Week 2 of The Voice USA Season 5 blind auditions and NBC saw some great ratings for The Voice Season 5 premiere week. The return of Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green drummed up enough attention to bring the ratings up, but I also believe people wanted to tune in and see the slimmer Christina! The Voice USA Season 5 kicked off last week with some great singers making their way to the stage for the blind auditions on The Voice USA 2013. This is one part of the show that might be my favorite because it is solely based on the voice and nothing else. That is cool, but then it is cool to see The Voice coaches 2013 (Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton) fight for that singer to join their team! We have made it through the two-night premiere of The Voice USA Season 5 and I must say that the coaches (Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera) have found some amazing talent and The Voice USA 2013 might be setting itself up to be the most talented season yet! I know we are only two nights into the season, but there have been some amazing singers take the stage and I have said multiple times that that might be the frontrunner for the season! We only got a glimpse of the talent that is about to take over The Voice USA Season 5 and we have more blind auditions tonight during premiere week on The Voice USA 2013! NBC is pulling out no stops for this season and the return of Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. They have fit nicely back into those red chairs and Christina lost some weight and seems to have become nicer because of it? She is focused on winning and on the singers and not the side-drama and bromance between Adam Levine and Blake Shelton on The Voice Season 5! One of my favorite parts of The Voice USA Season 5 would have to be the blind auditions and how the coaches just sit and listen to the amazing singers that come on the stage and then battle it out to get them on their team for The Voice USA 2013! It is always fun banter when it comes to Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera and they did not disappoint last night! The stories are always great to hear and Donna Allen had one of those stories on The Voice Season 5 last night. The summer TV season seems to drag on and on because there are not that many options to watch, especially since The Voice USA Season 5 is not on! Well, that changes tonight and it is officially fall season on NBC and The Voice USA 2013 is back and so are Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green, who took off Season 4 to work on some personal projects (i.e. Christina worked on losing like 40 pounds…girl is looking fierce)!
