Season Premiere Recap For X Factor 2012
| September 13, 2012 at 12:37 AM EDTThe X Factor 2012 season premiere has hit FOX and the reviews are good so far for the debut of new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. You know FOX is looking forward to having some fun with Britney when they even give her her own “mean judge” montage scene.
It wasn’t just all about the judges either. There was lots of great talent on stage.
X Factor fansite XFactorNetwork.com recapped tonight’s premiere episode and highlighted several of the standout singers:
Reed Demming: The 13-year-old Justin Bieber lookalike (actually I didn’t thin he looked like Beebs, but everyone else did) was a bundle of nerves at first. After Simon stopped him and asked him to pick a different song, he did a much better job. He wasn’t exactly my favorite of the night. He actually left me wanting to gasp for air. But the judges loved him and he got four yeses.
Jennel Garcia: I was a little nervous when she took the stage. I thought we were in for a gag audition, but then she started singing and it was amazing! She has this little feisty rocker edge. She seems a bit too young for such sexy moves, but I think I’m growing more old-fashioned every year. I thought she was fantastic. Hope she goes all the way.
The fun doesn’t stop here either though. We’ll get another show with Simon, LA, Demi, and Britney on Thursday night with the second episode of the season.

Whether or not Sharon Osbourne will return to America’s Got Talent next year is anyone’s guess, the TV star said Tuesday. “They haven’t asked me back,” the judge acknowledged during a Television Critics Association panel, adding, “Who knows?”
Osbourne, who first suggested last week in a tweet that she may be leaving America’s Got Talent, also revealed that newcomer Howard Stern has already been asked to stay on for another season. At Tuesday’s panel, during which she was meant to be just discussing The Talk, Osbourne expressed reservations about returning to “AGT” for another go-round. Click Here to Continue Reading »

The rocker admits he also had trouble delivering some of the harsh criticism Idol had been known for under the reign of Simon Cowell, saying, “They wanted me to take the piss out of the kids and I don’t have that in me.” “That’s not what I’m about,” he tells the magazine. “That’s more about that other guy. The judge seemed to announce her departure on Tuesday, writing on Twitter, “My darling @HowardStern, money is not the reason I’m not returning to @nbcagt, it’s because…”
But as of now, Osbourne has not continued the thought or elaborated on the reason for her exit. NBC would not comment, and a rep for Osbourne has yet to confirm a definite departure — or time frame.
