Underneath that platinum blonde wig Amanda Bynes was wearing when she was arrested last night in NYC was some short hair and we can see it clearly in the Amanda Bynes mug shot that has been released! Gotta love the ability to see everyone’s mug shots because they aren’t the high point in anyone’s life. Amanda certainly is not happy to be there!
