Last night on The X Factor Season 3, it was Thanksgiving night, but that did not stop FOX from bringing us the results show for the Top 8. It looks like they will be voting off two acts each week in order to get to the finale in time. I am Team Alex & Sierra and the other singers are alright, but none do anything special for me. Can we just give the win to them please?

It is a double elimination on The X Factor 2013, so two more acts will be going home and six acts will move on. We also get graced with performances by Demi Lovato and Michael Buble, so it is a jam-packed Thanksgiving night for us! Last night on Th X Factor Season 3, the Top 8 on The X Factor USA 2013 performed for our votes and I just can’t get behind anyone else but Alex & Sierra. The other acts are good, but they do nothing for me, so it makes it difficult to do predictions. Sure, Lillie McCloud has an amazing voice, but do we really think that she will win and go on to be successful? Probably not. Sure, Ellona Santiago had a great performance last night, but she needs to wrap it up and go on Broadway. She won’t be a pop star.

| November 28, 2013 at 10:22 AM ESTIt was Big Band Night for the Top 8 on The X Factor USA 2013 last night and while it was supposed to be a throwback to the Big Band Era, it seems like the producers just threw a live band on the stage with the acts and let them sing whatever they wanted. When it comes to the Girls Category on The X Factor USA Season 3, we all know that mentor Demi Lovato will have them put on a huge production, which is getting old to me. Ellona Santiago is known for those big productions on The X Factor 2013 and she did not disappoint last night on The X Factor Season 3. Simon Cowell said she was like a singing, dancing puppet last week and now Ellona wants to prove him wrong this week. Her sister has been her biggest fan and supporter and has always been there for her. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and just wants to be there for her. I will give it up to Ellona and this was a great performance…if she was on Broadway. Some people are great singers and should be on Broadway showing off their talent. The type of performer Ellona is and this performance shows she should be on Broadway.

| November 28, 2013 at 10:12 AM ESTIf I want to see anyone be crowned the winner of The X Factor USA 2013 it would have to be Alex & Sierra, who just have something about them that makes me want to root for them. They are cute together and I love the way they take on songs and change the arrangement and make it their own on The X Factor USA Season 3. Will they be safe tonight on The X Factor 2013? Sierra got some criticism last week and she has only been seriously singing for about a year, so she took it hard. She feels like the weak link, so to take her mind off of that he gets a picnic together and they go out and spend some time away from the competition. The fact that I can hear them sing and know that the song is familiar to me, but I can’t figure out the artist is amazing. They take the song and make it completely different and this was another great performance from them. They both sounded great and I think they improved on their mistakes from last week!

The X Factor USA Season 3 ratings are in the crapper, so putting on a results show on Thanksgiving night is not going to be something that skyrockets them to a winning night.
