The Top 5 on The Voice USA 2013 put on quite a show last night on The Voice USA Season 5, as all five singers have cracked the Top 20 on the iTunes chart, which goes to show you how amazing all five of the performances were. The coaches (Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera) picked perfect songs and the artists nailed them, including James Wolpert on Team Adam. His coach, Adam Levine, gave him a hug U2 song, but James held his own and had some great moments during his performance. James was saved by America last week and Adam Levine said he will never be there again. This song has never been done before on the show and Adam thinks it is in the right hands. It looks like James grew out some scruff for us tonight, maybe to look a little more manly and gain some votes that way? He does sing this song very well and has some great moments with it, but then I was bored at other moments.

The Top 5 on The Voice USA 2013 took the stage last night for the semifinals on The Voice USA Season 5 and all five of the artists knocked it out of the park and showed America why they deserve to be in the finale next week! Tessanne Chin has the best vocals in the competition, but I have always been worried about her support and if she has enough to be named the winner of The Voice 2013. Well, her performance song from last night on The Voice Season 5 is currently #1 on the iTunes charts. I think she finally got that support she needs to win it all! Adam Levine said she has done all genres of music, but this one gives her the ultimate platform. She gets emotional during rehearsals over all the stress of this competition and gets a big hug from her coach Adam Levine and I am super jealous! What Tessanne does is just get up there and sing and makes it look effortless. She is amazing and that was flawless. She hits those big notes, but doesn’t scream them. That was beyond amazing and can we give her the crown now???

It looks like the contestants on The Biggest Loser 2013 will be put to work tonight and not in the greatest setting, as the losing team on the challenge will have to spend a week working in a diner, which includes all the fatty foods right there tempting them on The Biggest Loser Season 15. Last week on The Biggest Loser Season 15, the contestants faced the spinning of the wheel at the weigh-in. The contestant who it landed on would get the chance to go home for one week and live life outside of the ranch and they could bring their trainer with them! I thought this was an awesome opportunity, but then some of the contestants were nervous. You do have to leave the ranch at some point, so why not do it with a trainer in your back pocket??? Jay went home and came back strong and lost 12 pounds for his team. The Red Team found themselves on the losing end of things and Ruben Studdard fell below the Red Line after another poor showing on the scales, so he was sent home for the second time this season!

We have the return of a capella tonight on NBC, as The Sing Off 2013 makes its return after a two-year hiatus and I could not be more excited for The Sing Off Season 4. Sure, it is only a seven-night special for the holidays, but it is still back and I am excited. We have some changes coming to The Sing Off 2013, as we have a new judge and a new producer and a new format! The ten groups and 100 voices take the stage tonight on The Sing Off Season 4 premiere! For the first change, we have a new judge in the mix. Gone is Sara Bareilles and in her place is Jewel, who should bring some spice to the table. Also, we have a new executive producer, as Mark Burnett brings his talents to the show. He has made it work on Survivor and The Voice, so why can’t he make it work here?

The semifinals on The Voice USA 2013 are upon us and we have five artists remaining in the hunt to be named the winner of The Voice USA Season 5. They take the stage tonight and perform for our votes, but it looks like just one performance each, which is so crazy! One hour of The Voice 2013 tonight and then the results show tomorrow and we move on to The Voice Season 5 finale next week! We have Jacquie Lee, Cole Vosbury, Will Champlin, James Wolpert and Tessanne Chin taking the stage tonight on The Voice USA 2013! Last week on The Voice Season 5, the six artists took on two songs apiece and faced a tense elimination.
