Food Network Star 2014 Spoilers: Product Commercial Challenge

The lucky seven remain on Food Network Star 2014 and they will be creating their own products and creating the product commercial tonight on Next Food Network Star 2014. This will be a big one, as they have to create their own product that represents their brand and style. The Next Food Network Star judges 2014 (Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay and Alton Brown) will be watching the videos and picking a winner and sending someone to Star Salvation on Food Network Star Season 10! The contestants headed out on the road last week on Food Network Star 2014! They were each given a pairing of food that you would find at a 4th of July barbecue. They would create the food and then provide a demo to a live audience on how to make the dish or part of that dish. Christopher decided to show us how to plate the dish instead of cooking it and Reuben did not finish showing us his dish in time. While Reuben did not finish his dish, he still did demo something. Christopher did not and the judges thought that was enough to send him home! Check out the official synopsis for Week 6 from Food Network:

“Each finalist is tasked with creating a product that represents his or her unique brand and culinary style. After receiving feedback from the judges, each finalist makes a commercial for his or her product in an unorthodox setting.”
