Can everyone agree with me that is was another boring night on American Idol 2013 last night as the Top 9 singers took on songs from the John Lennon and Paul McCartney songbook (a.k.a. the Top 9 on American Idol Season 12 were all going to sing some kind of Beatles song)? I can honestly say that I can’t wait for this season to be over and not to find out who will be the winner of American Idol 2013, but because I am tired of listening to ballad after ballad after ballad! Check out our American Idol 2013 Top 9 predictions below and see who we think we won’t have to listen sing a ballad any more!

American Idol 2013 Top 9

Yeah, I am annoyed but I think I have every right to be. Every week I have to sit and listen to the American Idol judges 2013 preach about how great these singers are and I am just wondering if they are listening to what I am listening to!

The Shining Star: Candice Glover. After last night, if she doesn’t win American Idol Season 12 I will be very disappointed.

They Impressed Me: Janelle Arthur and Devin Velez. They were better than the week before and I almost enjoyed them, but that is a big almost!

What Did They Even Sing: Did the other six singers even sing? None of them had standout performances and they were all pretty forgettable, including the girl everyone wants to win: Angie Miller. Mix it up Angie because you lost me tonight with your sad ballad….yet again.

Going Home: Paul Jolley. He was #8 in the rankings last week and he performed a song that was in the wrong key and not even the American Idol judges 2013, who are paid to say nice things about them, didn’t even like it. It’s the end of the road for Paul Jolley tonight on American Idol 2013!
