Will all of the American Idol judges 2013 arrive on time tonight for the American Idol 2013 Top 9 performances or will we have an empty seat again like we did last week on American Idol Season 12? Yeah, I am still a little angry over the fact that Nicki Minaj showed up late last week for the Top 10 on American Idol 2013 performance live show and I think many others are too, right? Tonight on American Idol 2013 spoilers we get to see the Top 9 take the stage for your votes, so sit back and see how they do during our American Idol 2013 Top 9 Performances Spoilers Live Recap!

American Idol 2013 Top 9 Performances Live Recap

The theme for the Top 9 on American Idol Season 12 was announced earlier in the week and it looks like it could be another boring night on American Idol 2013? My only thought it how many times can we do John Lennon and Paul McCartney songs on Idol? We get it…they were great singers and songwriters, but this is 2013 and I think the tweens that are voting so many times each week would rather hear the Top 9 take on songs by Carly Rae Jepsen or Demi Lovato and not songs from The Beatles. Anyone else with me on this one? Find out tonight how they do during our American Idol 2013 Live Recap!

We’ll be back at 8/7c for the Live Recap, so see you all then!!!

Don’t want to know what happened on the American Idol 2013 Live Recap for the Top 9 on American Idol Season 12? Then don’t read ahead!

Here we go…the votes have been tallied and the person going on the tour this summer with the Top 10 and the winner of the sing off is Aubrey Cleland. I am shocked by this one…how about you? Now to the performances on American Idol 2013:

Kree Harrison: She sings “With A Little Help From My Friends” by The Beatles. Yes, Kree is a great singer and I am a fan of this performance. She is a strong singer and puts a little country rock twist to this song and I like it. God, her voice is so good and I think she should win Season 12. How about you?

Burnell Taylor: He sings “Let It Be” by The Beatles. Burnell has a weird tone to his voice and I think a lot of people enjoy it, including the American Idol judges 2013, but I don’t like it. It sounds a little slow and weird to me. This was just a boring performance of a song someone on Idol sings every season. Give me something new folks!

Amber Holcomb: She sings “She’s Leaving Home” by The Beatles. Jimmy Iovine said that this song is perfect for her voice and she is not leaving. She looks beautiful when she comes out and I like her look tonight, but it is all about the singing right? Another boring song, but I think this did showcase her voice and showed us why she took that #5 spot last week. She can hit some big notes and I like that she got away from the diva ballads!

Lazaro Arbos: He sings “In My Life” by The Beatles. This song literally never went anywhere. How can someone get excited about a performance when it just sits there and there are no notes to get excited about or no fast beat to dance to? This is probably one of the least favorite performances from Lazaro and he could be in danger tonight on American Idol 2013!

Candice Glover: She sings “Come Together” by The Beatles. This is exactly what I am talking about! Candice came out tonight on American Idol 2013 and showed us why she should win! She is beyond amazing and showed a completely different side to her voice and I loved it. She is entertaining and that was a fun performance.

Paul Jolley: He sings “Eleanor Rigby” by The Beatles. And we are back folks…back to the slow song and boring performances! I think Paul is great and he hits a huge note, but isn’t that a given with all of his performances? Yes, he can sing, but we know that you can sing and we want to prove you can sing something different, like Candice just did!

Angie Miller: She sings “Yesterday” by The Beatles. I’ll go ahead and say it and hate me if you want, but I am over Angie Miller right now! Can she sing another ballad that is supposed to be emotional and make us want to like it? Yeah, hit that high note….great. Been there, done that. This was a forgettable performance and she needs to switch it up or she will lose that top spot on American Idol Season 12 to Candice, if she hasn’t already!

Devin Velez: He sings “The Long and Winding Road” by The Beatles. I almost liked this performance. I may be hating on everyone tonight, but it is ballad after ballad after ballad. Doesn’t anyone else get bored with it? He seemed to put some emotion behind these lyrics and sang it well though and I enjoyed Devin tonight.

Janelle Arthur: She sings “I Will” by The Beatles. I have been bored by her all season long, but I don’t mind this performance from Janelle tonight. It goes with the boring aspect of tonight’s show, but it was a better song from her than I have seen the past few weeks.
