The thing with these live shows on The Voice USA 2013 is you get to see the singers perform with all the pressure on them knowing that millions of people are watching them and millions of people will be voting for them on The Voice USA Season 5. You may also see some new favorites pop up that prove they are there to win it all and could possibly be named the winner of The Voice Season 5. For me, that happened with Jacquie Lee last night on The Voice 2013. She represented Team Christina very well and killed her performance. The categories on The X Factor USA 2013 don’t matter any more and the Top 12 on The X Factor Season 3 will take the stage tonight and perform live for us and for our votes! One of the singers get the most love this season on The Voice USA 2013 happens to be Matthew Schuler, who happened to get the fastest four chair turnaround in the history of The Voice during the Blind Auditions when Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green and Adam Levine all hit their buttons within like the first note he sang! He is still going strong on Team Christina, but I just don’t feel the love for him that other people do. Am the only one? He is a great singer with an amazing voice, but he lacks something on The Voice USA Season 5 that makes me want to pick up my phone and vote for him. Things got off to a bang with the Live Playoffs on The Voice USA 2013 last night, but not it is time for Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green to show us what kind of talent they have tonight on The Voice USA Season 5. Ten of the Top 20 on The Voice Season 5 took the stage last night and now the other ten singers perform for our votes tonight. We have to wait until Thursday night to find out the results on The Voice 2013, but I think it will be worth it. Song choice is a huge aspect of The Voice USA 2013 and the coaches (Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green and Adam Levine) have a very important job every week. Sometimes they do well and sometimes they fail big time. Well, I am not sure what Blake was thinking with having Nic Hawk perform “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke last night on The Voice USA Season 5. Nic has his own style and is such an entertainer, but I think he could have done better with a better song choice! I don’t know what it is with these judges on Dancing with the Stars 2013, but they seem to always be a little harder on Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy during their critique and with their scores. They always seem to be one of the stronger couples on Dancing with the Stars Season 17, but then they end up in the bottom of the leaderboard because of the judges’ low scores. Why is that? They performed a very intense and very good jazz routine last night, but the scores didn’t seem to match it. Whether or not Tessanne Chin wins The Voice USA 2013, we all know that the show tends to favor some of the singers and tries to promote them a little more than others. This happens with all shows and where they are placed in the lineup of singers/performers. Tessanne sang last last night on The Voice USA Season 5, which is the best spot. She sings and then the voting opens up, so she is fresh in your mind! Not taking anything away from her amazing performance, but just seems odd she is always one of the last singers.
