Last week on Survivor 2016 Season 33, we saw the merge happen and everyone was excited to make it this far into the game. They got their happy feast, which we saw Taylor stealing some of the food in the middle of the night and putting it in a mason jar and hiding it! Adam caught him, but offered to keep it secret if they worked together and then proceeded to tell him he got this special advantage of being able to steal someone’s reward, which Taylor ate up and then wanted to vote him out. Adam was wanting to target Will, but he won immunity and nixed that plan. The Millennials were all wanting Adam gone, as he was targeting Will. Then the other side wanted Taylor and Jay gone, but figured they might have an idol and decided to vote out Michelle, as part of the Millennials leaders and figured she did not have an idol. They were right and she became the first member of the jury!

Here we go…

CAMP – Jay is not happy to have lost Michelle and he thinks the Millennial flippers are idiots and the Gen Xers won’t be keeping them around. Jay and Taylor know they have to work their way into the majority alliance. They can’t believe they trust Adam. Then Taylor talks to Adam to smooth things over and pretend that things are well between them. Then we see Taylor enjoying his food, which he thinks no one knows about. However, Bret did hear him stealing it also. The next day, Jay talks with Hannah to smooth things over and she said she was playing alone with her vote and felt liberated and wants to vote again!

REWARD CHALLENGE – For this challenge, they will be going through obstacles to retrieve a key and then unlock a box and then get the balls out of the box. Once they do, they have to toss the balls onto a pole. When all five are done, they win! The winning team gets flown away to enjoy some burgers, fries and cocktails! They randomly picked captains and they were:

  • Purple Team – Chris was the captain and picked Ken, Dave, Bret, Taylor and Sunday
  • Orange Team – Hannah was the captain and picked Jessica, Jay, Adam, Will and Zeke

RESULTS – Purple Team kicked butt and they are heading to the resort for the day!

The Purple Team enjoys their food and Bret has a few too many cocktails. Sunday wants to take control of the game. Yes, the game she has not been playing the first eight weeks. Back at camp, Adam seems to gloat to Jay about him being on the bottom. However, Zeke and Hannah are ready to bring Will and Jay back in with them and vote Adam out. All are back at camp and Sunday thinks Jessica will be coming after her, so she tries to recruit Jay for her side.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE – For this challenge, they will stand on a beam while balancing a ball on a wooden bow. Throughout the challenge, they will be moving down the beam to make it harder. Drop the ball or fall off the beam and they are out. Last one standing wins immunity on Survivor Millennials vs Gen X 2016. If they are feeling safe tonight, they can choose to sit out and eat grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, chips and beer! Will and Zeke choose to sit out.

RESULTS – It came down to Ken and Taylor on this one, but it was Taylor dropping his ball and that meant Ken won immunity!

CAMP – The majority alliance agrees to split the vote between Jay and Taylor. Taylor tells Jay about Adam’s advantage and he may bring it up at Tribal Council.

TRIBAL COUNCIL – Jay talks about not liking to be on the wrong side of things last vote. Taylor than mentions the mason jars and he lies and said that Adam helped him do it! This turns crazy, as Jay and Taylor try to put it on Adam and Taylor is good since he told them he did it, but Jessica said that is not how it works for him. Bret said there are a lot of errors, but whose is the biggest? Time for the vote! Jeff tallies the votes and no idol played!

VOTES – Jay, Taylor, Adam, Jay, Taylor, Jay, Taylor, Jay, Taylor, Taylor and Taylor! Taylor has been voted out and he blew up Adam on the way out, but he is an idiot! Such a disappointment!
