Hell's Kitchen 2014 Spoilers - Week 4 Preview 6

Last week on Hells Kitchen Season 13, the chefs found themselves cooking brunch for some recent culinary school graduates. It was a test of quickness and who could get their side of the kitchen served first. The women got back to their winning ways and headed out to San Francisco to celebrate while the men ground meat for dinner service prep. Steve, Santos and Aaron feel like some of the guys are bringing the Blue Team and decided to sabotage them at dinner service. It almost didn’t work, as Santos kept screwing up himself and he was close to being sent home! However, Chef Ramsay sent home JR and one of their weak links was eliminated!

Here we go…things kick off with the chefs sleeping, but being woken up by the sounds of chainsaws! They rush downstairs to find Chef Ramsay with a huge display of proteins!

CHALLENGE: The teams will be tasting five different dishes in pairs to determine what the protein is. Red Team goes first! They are very slow and everyone is struggling and they get all five correct and their time is 7:41! They are hoping the men struggle even harder! Blue Team comes out and Santos is making fun of them for the time, so I am thinking Blue Team will be worse! Santos talks a big game to the camera, but he knew nothing and Fernando gets their dish correct. Aaron goes alone and has no clue and Sterling is yelling alligator, but he doesn’t listen. Third time he does and Sterling is correct! The men get the last dish correct with 0:38 remaining and win this challenge!

For winning the challenge, the men will be heading to a beach house in Santa Monica! For losing the challenge, the Red Team will be setting up a make-your-own pizza station. They will set it up and then hand grate cheese! The men are greeted by some Olympian polo team members and enjoy the pool. The women then get some disgusting protein shakes, which has them puking. This causes some big tension and Jennifer and Sade are not liking each other on Hell’s Kitchen 2014!

The chefs are prepping for dinner service, but Jennifer and Sade try to work out their differences. Sade wants to handle it like adults, but Jennifer seems to not listen!

DINNER SERVICE: Chef Ramsay does not want to disappoint a single child for Family Night, but I am thinking that is not going to happen! The tickets start coming back and they are working on apps. It is not successful, as Kalen sends up terrible capellini and has to redo it. Santos is out with the pizza station, but moving super slow! Chef Ramsay asks Fernando to nicely go ask him to speed it up.

Aaron is moving slow on the scallops and Chef Ramsay has to give him a lesson! It took some time, but they get the scallops and Sterling’s risotto out the window and Blue Team doing well. Meanwhile, Kalen is still working slow on the capellini and Chef Ramsay is pushing her hard! La Tasha comes over to help her with risotto and she can focus on the capellini. It works, as the apps start going out the window.

On the Blue Team, Aaron is working on scallops and sends up raw scallops. How do you send up raw food? He gets it right the second time and claims to cook an amazing scallop, but I guess ti takes some time, huh? They are now working on entrees. Kalen is all screwed up with timing, but her and Sade get it together and send out their apps and entrees are coming back now.

Bryant is killing it on the meat station and the men are working well together and they are flying plates out the kitchen! They are on their final ticket and Chef Ramsay is happy. Over on the Red Team, the protein is cooking well and they are getting it done, but Roe is falling behind on the garnish station and nothing can go out! They finally get it together and their tickets are all served and dinner service is complete.

Chef Ramsay is not impressed with either team and expects a perfect service, which neither had. The losing team tonight is Red Team and they must nominate two chefs. Kalen screwed up her station, but feels confident that she did well. It looks like it could be a battle between Roe and Kalen?

RESULTS: Back in front of Chef Ramsay and the Red Team has nominated Katie and Kalen because of their service on the app station. Chef Ramsay questions them and said he wanted the weakest chefs based on their whole time on the show. He asks Katie to name the two weakest chefs and she says Kalen and struggles with the other one and then names herself! Everyone looks confused, but they go up there. Chef Ramsay said a head chef would never nominate themselves. Kalen said she kicked ass at dinner service. He asks the other chefs who their weakest chef is and they all name Kalen. Based on that, Chef Ramsay sends home Kalen and Katie is safe tonight!
