It will all be worth it though, as the winner of Hell’s Kitchen 2014 will be named executive chef at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants with a salary of $250,000, that is if the winner passes a drug test unlike the Season 11 winner!

As far as Jason goes, he first appeared on Season 9. He won the signature dish challenge and was able to have dinner with the Season 8 winner and all the other Blue Team members. However, the next day he complained of weak arms and his breathing would not stabilize. A trip to the hospital took him our of the competition, so he is hoping for better results on Hell’s Kitchen Season 12! Who goes home tonight on Hell’s Kitchen 2014? Here we go…we have seen some big fights over the seasons, huh? The contestants are headed there on the bus and DeMarco gave himself the nickname “Culinary Jesus” because he is perfect! They arrive at Hell’s Kitchen and get a tour. They go into the dining room and see a dinner service in process and chefs working in the kitchen! They get the rundown by Chef Ramsay and will be staying in Los Angeles this season and the flash mob kicks in, which is cool to see. Who doesn’t love a good flash mob?

Now it is time for the chefs to cook their signature dishes for Chef Ramsay! The chefs are divided into two teams, women are Red and men are Blue. They have 45 minutes to create their signature dishes. They aren’t cooking just for Chef Ramsay, but for all of LA, as he opens up the curtains to a huge crowd!

Up first are Anton for Blue Team and Simone for Red Team. Chef Ramsay said Anton’s dish tastes good. For Simone, he said protein is cooked good, but looks clumsy and Blue Team wins.

Round 2 – It is Jason for Blue Team and Nicole for Red Team. For Jason, he said it was seasoned beautifully and tastes great. For Nicole, he said it is boring and Blue Team is up 2-0.

Round 3 – We have Chris and Joy. He thinks Chris is done beautifully and calls Joy’s dish like puke, so 3-0 for Blue Team.

Round 4 – We have Mike and Kashia. He thinks her steak is done beautifully. Mike used packaged tortellini and tomatoes out of a can, so Chef Ramsay throws it out and Red Team gets it’s first win! Mike is upset and goes back in line and says “That’s f**ked up, bro!” and Chef Ramsay calls him back to the front on Hell’s Kitchen 2014!

Round 5 – Melanie against Richard. Chef Ramsay thinks both dishes are great, but gives it to Melanie and now 3-2 lead for Blue Team.

Round 6 – Bev and Gabriel. The women rallied back, as Bev kicks butt and it is tied 3-3.

Round 7 – Sandra against Guarav. He said Guarav’s dish is dreadful. Her dish is disgusting too, so no points and still tied.

Round 8 – DeMarco against Beth. His dish is undercooked, so the point goes to Beth and a 4-3 lead for Red Team.

Round 9 – Rochelle against Ralph. He is underwhelmed by her dish and the lobster is cooked perfectly by Ralph, so it is all tied up!

Final Round – Jessica against Scott. She nailed cooked the venison, which he said is the most difficult protein to cook. Scott screws up his lamb, so Jessica wins and the Red Team wins on Hell’s Kitchen Season 12!

For the victory, the Red Team will be heading out to dinner with Chef Ramsay at one of his restaurants! The men will be cleaning the kitchen for the loss! While the guys are all laboring, Mike is barely vacuuming and then leaves to eat!!!

The next day arrives and the chefs head to prep for dinner service and get their knives and Jessica is in love!

Hell’s Kitchen 2014 is officially opened and dinner service begins! The Red Team gets their first orders and Joy and Nicole are working the fish station and Nicole has no clue of what is going on, so Joy takes over! The Blue Team are doing terrible, as everything they send Chef Ramsay is bad and have to start over. Now we have Joy sending up rubbery scallops and must start over.

Over on the Blue Team, Guarav sends up risotto again and it has too much pepper and he must redo it. Over on Red Team, Nicole is trying the scallops and screws it up again and gives up! She said she is done and Rochelle tries to console her, but it doesn’t help. We are 45 minutes into dinner service and no apps are sent out!

Joy and Sandra are not on the same page and not even talking and then Joy loses it and more tears from the Red Team. Then Guarav decides to test his risotto by sticking his finger in it! Chef Ramsay sees him and calls him out and this is not a good first dinner service chefs!

Joy and Sandra aren’t talking and Joy is trying to get her to talk and Sandra is being stupid and Joy calls her out and they both just start yelling and Chef Ramsay tells them to get it together! DeMarco is trying the lobster and overcooks it. Back on the Red Team, the communication is not working still for Joy, Sandra and Nicole. They miss their apps again and Chef Ramsay kicks them out of the kitchen! Then the fun starts upstairs, as Nicole and Sandra are going off on each other! I guess they are finally communicating?

DeMarco and Gabriel try the dish again and the scallops are overcooked and rubber! Can any of them cook tonight? He kicks out all of the Blue Team! Over on the Res Team, they are trying to pick up where the other ladies left off and they send up rubber scallops and everyone is kicked out of the kitchen in the worst opening dinner service!

The teams now must discuss which chefs to put up for elimination. No one wants to take the blame, so who knows! Back in front of Chef Ramsay, the Blue Team have nominated Guarav and DeMarco. The Red Team have nominated Sandra and Nicole. The four chefs step in front of Chef Ramsay. They all state their case, but Chef Ramsay sends Guarav home because of the fingers in the pan incident!
