Things will be looking a little different tonight on Dancing with the Stars 2013, as judge Len Goodman is taking a couple weeks off and sitting in his place will be former pro dancer Julianne Hough. I think we are in for an emotional episode of Dancing with the Stars 2013 tonight, as the Week 4 elimination on DWTS 2013 will take place and it will be the end of an emotional ride for one of these stars and someone everyone has been rooting for.
