America's Got Talent - Season 9

Last night on America’s Got Talent Season 9, the second set of acts took the stage for the semifinals. I often tend to agree with what Howard Stern says and I think he is a fair judge and knows what America will like. He is right a lot of the time and he seemed pretty spot-on with his analysis last night, especially his thoughts on Jaycob Curlee. Did he do enough though to move on to the Top 12 on AGT 2014?

I guess we will find out soon enough, as the results show on AGT 2014 will begin shortly, but while you wait for our Live Recap you can head over and check out our predictions from earlier today and see who we think will move on!

Here we go…we have Nick Cannon in place and he tells everyone to get ready, as Maroon 5 takes the stage!!! They have their new album out and they are making their way around the media circuit this week. Adam Levine is just so yummy! Maroon 5 will be going on a world tour starting in February 2015, so does that mean Adam will take a season off from The Voice????

Back to last night’s performances, as we look back at the 12 acts. Who was your favorite??? The 12 acts from last night take the stage and time to find out the three acts in danger tonight on AGT 2014 and in the fifth, sixth and seventh place:

  • Blue Journey
  • Christian Stoinev
  • Smoothini

You can search “Snapple Save” on Google and vote for your favorite. Who are you voting for? I’m going Christian and think he will bring it harder next week if he is saved.

We then see Nick backstage and chatting with the Snapple Save acts. Then time to check out the after party from last night. Now time to some results:

GROUP 1: AcroArmy and Baila Conmigo

RESULTS: AcroArmy is moving on, so Baila Conmigo is eliminated!

We see Nick promoting NFL football on NBC and then a funny video for the “Glam Off” between Heidi and Mel B. Now to the results again:

GROUP 2: Emil & Dariel, Kelli Glover and Wendy Liebman

RESULTS: Emil & Dariel are moving on, but Kelli and Wendy have been eliminated!

Time for another video, as we see Mel B and Howie messing with some fans of the show and acting like she is psychic, but Howie is getting details from their friends and family from backstage. Now back to the results:

GROUP 3: Jonah Smith and Mat Franco

RESULTS: Mat Franco is moving on, so Jonah Smith is eliminated on AGT 2014 tonight!

GROUP 4: Quintavious Johnson and Jaycob Curlee

RESULTS: Quintavious is moving on, which means Jaycob is eliminated!

SNAPPLE SAVE: We have the Snapple Save acts back on the stage and the votes have been counted! The winner of the vote is Blue Journey and they are moving on to the Top 12.

FINAL GROUP: That leaves us with Smoothini and Christian Stoinev as the final two acts and now the AGT judges 2014 will vote to save one of them. Who do you think they will save?

Time for the judges to vote: Mel B saves Christian, Howard saves Christian and Howie saves Christian, so he is moving on to the Top 12 and Smoothini has been eliminated!!!

What do you think of the results on AGT Season 9 tonight?
