The journey continues on American Idol 2015 tonight, as the contestants on American Idol Season 14 are heading into uncharted territory and the House of Blues Sunset Strip! Yes, the Top 48 on American Idol 2015 will be performing for the judges and a live crowd in hopes of making it to the live shows on American Idol Season 14! American Idol 2015 Spoilers - Idol Showcase Night 1

Last week on American Idol Season 14, we saw things wrap up in Hollywood! On Wednesday night, it was time for the Idol Groups to finish performing and see who made it through and who went home. Then on Thursday night, it was one last chance for the contestants to impress the judges in Hollywood! It was time for the solo performances and we were left with 48 contestants after over 300 Golden Tickets arrived in Hollywood at the beginning of the week!

Here we go…the Top 48 have arrived at the House of Blues and will perform for the judges in front of a live audience and 12 guys and 12 girls will move on! The Top 24 will be revealed over the next two days and now to the performances!

Michael Simeon – Remember him, as he had the Idol Slow Dance with Jennifer Lopez. The judges are liking his voice and he has a good vibe about him and he has a great stage presence, but will the rapping during his performance hurt him? He makes the Top 24!

Loren Lott – She thought she did a great job, but Harry Connick, Jr. thought it wasn’t her best performance. However, they think she showed enough during the process and she is going to the Top 24!

Adam Ezegelian – He has that rocker voice and who would think he would when looking at him??? Do we see a future Idol winner there? I am not sure, but he makes the Top 24!

Cody Fry – He took a slow, singer-songwriter approach in Hollywood Week, but then he sped it up for his performance at House of Blues. His risk did not pay off, as he is sent home!

Lovey James – She has been doing pageants since she was 8 years old, but could this child performer move on to Season 14? She definitely is strong on stage and she has a strong voice. Harry said her performance yesterday was the best of her time here, so she makes the Top 24!

Adanna Duru – These contestants are like 17 and 18 years old and they are killing it on that stage! They have no nerves and are working it big time and Adanna is such a strong singer and, of course, makes it into the Top 24!

Maddie Walker – During the process, Jennifer said it always surprises her how good she is. She is flying the radar, but how could you miss those pink tips of her hair??? Not standing out is huge, as she is sent home. However, the judges seem torn once she leaves and question about bringing her back! Will they???

Rachel Hallack – She sucked it up in the group performances, but she came back strong at the House of Blues. As it turns out, they were torn between Rachel and Maddie, so they call Maddie back in and they will sing-off for that one spot! They both sing and the judges discuss and Maddie is staying and Rachel is going home now!

Clark Beckham – His nerves got the best of him in Hollywood, but those nerves were long gone during his performance at House of Blues. He nailed it and the ladies will be loving on him and those damn eyes! He does make it to the Top 24, so more of those eyes!

Daniel Seavey – He is so young, but he is just a ladies man! He is bringing that to the live shows, as he makes the Top 24!

Tyanna Jones – She definitely has the story that makes you want to vote for her and hope she does great. However, she has a voice that makes you want to vote for her also! She nailed that performance and my first tears of the night, as Tyanna makes it through to the Top 24!

Rayvon Owen and Shannon Berthiaume – We get a quick look at their performances and both of them did so well, but that is a given. That was Shannon’s first time performing in front of an audience! And both of them are moving on to the Top 24!

Jax – She has such a different sound to her voice and she has that Lady Gaga sound to it, which I just determined now! She took a long, dramatic pause during her performance and she said she wanted to confuse people, if that makes sense. Jennifer said she has to judge the audience, but they love her and Jax is in the Top 24!

Hollywood Anderson – He started this journey so strong, but he has lost it during his time in Hollywood. Jennifer said he has lost his way. He has his House of Blues performance to impress them one last time, but we’ll get that performance tomorrow night!
