American Idol 2015 Live Recap: Idol Groups Continue (VIDEO)

The Idol Groups are back tonight on American Idol 2015 and we have some unfinished business to take care of, as we last saw one of the contestants on American Idol Season 14 passing out due to the anxiety from the Hollywood Week pressure! By the time the week ends, we will have the Top 48 on American Idol Season 14, which I am so ready to move on to the real action. Last week on American Idol Season 14, we kicked things off in Hollywood on Wednesday night and most of the episode featured contestants that the judges enjoyed during the auditions. We then moved on to the Lines of 10 and eliminations began! On Thursday night, the Lines of 10 wrapped up and the groups were formed and the drama began! Performances have only began and the pressure and lack of sleep is getting to them!

Here we go…

FIRST GROUP – We go back to Sals Gals and Alexis having her anxiety attack. They take a break and come back and all are present for this song, which includes Sal Valentinetti, Alexis Danielle Granville, Jax and two other girls they didn’t feel to mention. They get it together and have a good performance.

RESULTS – Alexis and Jax make it through and the others are eliminated

NEXT GROUP – This group featuresRiley Bria, Keri Lynn Roche, Emily Brooke and another guy. Emily has been dealing with food poisoning and puking, but she pulls it together and they have a good performance.

RESULTS – All four make it through.

NEXT GROUP – This group consists of Cody Fry, Rayvon Owen, Piper Jones and another girl. They actually all went to college together! They slow done a Kelly Clarkson song and it is strong all around.

RESULTS – All four make it through.

NEXT GROUP – We see one quick group go and none of them make it through. Now we have some catty girls that aren’t getting along, which features Adanna Duru, Cindy Maslov, Denise Natoli and Camille Pertulo. They seemed a little mixed up and off tonight.

RESULTS – Cindy and Adanna make it through and the others are eliminated on American Idol 2015 tonight!

NEXT GROUP – The group is LKYCO (Ladies Keep Your Clothes On) and features Trevor Douglas, Savion Wright, Qaasim Middleton and Daniel Seavey. They had some good notes, but I was wanting Savion to go high on that one night and he didn’t do it.

RESULTS – All four make it through!

Hollywood Anderson was out working it with the ladies instead of working it with his team, which has Team No Sleep very angry with him. He was the team captain, but Laurel steps in and takes over and she is not happy. We then see Alexis Gomez, Loren Lott and Quentin Anderson perform with their group and all of them make it through!

NEXT GROUP – Time for Team No Sleep to take the stage, which features Hollywood Anderson, Laurel Taylor Taunton, Amber Kelechi and two others they failed to mention. We saw some good moments in there and Amber remembered her lyrics this time!

RESULTS – Hollywood and Monica make it through and the others are eliminated.

NEXT GROUP – Lovey James, Kory Wheeler, Jess Lamb and another girl. They totally rearrange “All About That Bass” and I loved it!!!

RESULTS – Lovey and Jess make it to the solo rounds!

NEXT GROUP –  Tanya MacKenna, Rocky Peter and two other guys. They are still trying to get the song together, even minutes before taking the stage!

RESULTS – Tanya makes the next round and the others are eliminated, so Rocky is back to being homeless.

NEXT GROUP – Soul Connection and Heatherle wants to leave the group and even tried to leave them. It is stupid drama. Despite her efforts, she takes the stage with them and it consists of Heatherle Spires, Erika David, Sarina-Joi Crowe and Adrianna Simon. They do have some strong voices.

RESULTS – Heatherle is eliminated and the others make it through!

Some quick looks at groups, as we see friendships have been made and it is hard when some make it through from the group and others are eliminated!

Garrett Miles is eliminated.

FINAL GROUP – It is the Violet Vixens, consisting of Joey Cook, Shannon Berthiaume, Naomi Tatsuoka and another girl. Joey forgets the lyrics, but she makes it work with her improv and I love her voice!

RESULTS – All four make it to the next round!
