Here we go…here comes Ryan Seacrest and he announces that there were over 72 million votes this week, which is the highest for the season. He said tonight’s outcome may surprise a few people! Out come the judges and a look back at the performances from last night. Who was your favorite?

Time for some results on American Idol 2014 and the first group is Dexter Roberts, CJ Harris and Caleb Johnson. A look back at their performances and comments from Randy Jackson and here we go:

  • Safe – Caleb, CJ and Dexter…all of them are moving on to Top 10!

It is time for the judge himself to take the stage, as Harry Connick, Jr. takes the stage to sing a medley of his songs “One Fine Thing” and “Come By Me.” Who doesn’t love this man???

We are back and we get a special visit from Munfarid Zaidi and more cradling! Now back to the results, as we get to see MK Nobilette, Ben Briley, Majesty Rose and Malaya Watson. A look back and comments from Randy and here we go:

  • Safe – Malaya Watson and MK Nobilette
  • In Bottom Three – Ben Briley and Majesty Rose

He comes from Savannah, Georgia and is a new artist and Jennifer Lopez has been a fan. She likes hip hop and thinks he has a beautiful soul and something good about him. Mali Music takes the stage to sing his single “Beautiful” and I am liking it. What do you think?

We then get a sneak peek at Jennifer’s new single, which she will sing next week on American Idol 2014!

The final group takes the stage on American Idol 2014 to find out their results: Sam Woolf, Jessica Meuse, Alex Preston and Jena Irene. Comments from Randy and here we go:

  • Safe – Jessica, Alex and Jena
  • In Bottom Three – Sam Woolf!

So, the bottom three tonight on American Idol 2014 is Sam Woolf, Ben Briley and Majesty Rose. Shocked by that one???

The votes have all been counted and the person in danger of going home tonight is Ben Briley with only 0.07% between him and Majesty. Both Majesty and Sam are safe tonight and now Ben sings for the judges to use the save on him! I really do like Ben, but don’t think the save should be used. The judges love him, but they can’t use the save on him tonight, so Ben is headed home!
