For tonight, the chefs found out the final challenge was creating a four-course meal. However, there was added pressure for Kelsey Barnard Clark, Sara Bradley and Eric Adjepong. After two hours of prep time, the chefs had to serve their first course and the two dishes they liked most would move on and the third chef would be eliminated. The chef who won Top Chef 2019 tonight is Kelsey Barnard Clark!!!

For tonight, the chefs got started on their four-course meal and after two hours, the judges got to taste their first course dishes. The judges said two chefs clearly had a better dish and those two chefs were Kelsey and Sara, which meant that Eric was eliminated.

From there, the final two chefs were able to finish prep and then serve all four courses to the judges the next day. Per usual, it was a very close race and the judges found positives and negatives in each of their meals. However, it was Kelsey being named the winner of Top Chef Kentucky 2019 tonight!
