For tonight, we were down to Mei Lin and Gregory Gourdet and one of them would be the winner. They had one last task of creating the best four-course menu of their lives. We had special judges and the helps from sous chefs, but it all came down to whoever came up with the best menu. The chef who won Top Chef 2015 tonight is Mei Lin!!!

This was a very close battle, as the chefs had to create the best four dishes of their lives! No pressure, right? The judges seemed to enjoy dishes from both and had some flaws with both of them. I was unsure of what way they were going to go with it, but they discussed and it was Mei named the winner. I think she did better with these final dishes, but I am still not a fan of hers!
