Top Chef Kentucky 2019 Predictions: Who Wins Season 16 Tonight?
| March 14, 2019 at 10:01 AM EDTIt looks like Top Chef Kentucky 2019 is coming to an end tonight, as the winner of Top Chef Season 16 will be announced. Of course, we are down to the final three chefs on Top Chef 2019, but only one of them can come out on top tonight. So, who wins Top Chef 2019 tonight? Last week on Top Chef Season 16, the final four chefs had the final Quickfire Challenge of the season and it was a stinky one! They were tasked with creating a dish using the durian, a delicacy in China but a very smelly fruit! Michelle won the challenge for the second week in a row. For the Elimination Challenge, they had to fuse their own heritage with Chinese ingredients and had surprise visits from family members to help them! In the end, there was not enough fusion with the Chinese ingredients for Michelle and she was eliminated, again!
Now we move into the Top Chef finale tonight and three chefs remain: Sara, Kelsey and Eric. However, Padma Lakshmi did say that only two would make it to the final challenge. There must be some kind of Quickfire-type challenge to eliminate one of the remaining chefs.
I am not sure who that will be, but as far as the winner of Top Chef Kentucky 2019 goes, I think the clear favorite to take home the victory tonight is Sara! She has been one of the standouts all season long and felt the pressure of being the hometown girl.
She is not the hometown girl in Macau, but I think she has what it takes to pull out the victory tonight. The judges love her dishes and they always seem to stand out among the rest of the dishes. I think she easily wins tonight!
