Kourtney Kardashian was asked about Kim Kardashian, who is still legally married to Kris Humphries, and Kanye West being an item during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Monday, and while she tried to seem ignorant about her sister’s love life, she did say she does not think the pair’s recent outings are a publicity stunt.

When she was asked whether Kim and West are an item, the pregnant reality star would only say, “They’re definitely friends, and have been friends for years.” When the show’s hosts speculated that the couple could just be hanging out to get publicity for his new single, “Theraflu,” wherein he admits he “fell in love with Kim,” the eldest Kardashian replied, “I don’t think so,” before brushing off the question by adding, “Who knows.”Do you think Kim and Kanye are really an item?
