One of the standouts on American Idol 2015 has to be Qaasim Middleton, as he has a great voice, but he is an entertainer like no other. He has the ability to light up that stage with his performance and it makes you want to see more on American Idol Season 14. For his performance, he sings “I Wish” by Stevie Wonder. The thing with Qaasim is that he is an entertainer, for sure. He puts on the dance moves and it is great to watch him. However, the singing does not match his intensity. I love this guy though, so not knocking him. He entertains the crowd and that is the job of a singer, so more power to him!


Keith Urban said it was so good. He said watching him in front of an audience is what it’s all about. Jennifer Lopez said he’s so damn funky; it’s crazy and he owns that stage. She added that she wanted him to show us how great he can sing too. Harry Connick, Jr. said he didn’t hear him lose the vocal. It was extremely good. He said the most common question they get asked as judges is what are they looking for and that’s what they’re looking for.
