Great Food Truck Race 2014 Spoilers - Premiere

Last night on The Great Food Truck Race Season 5, the teams headed to Mobile, Alabama, for some local cuisine. Host Tyler Florence made the teams add three seafood dishes to their menu for the weekend. He also started things out with a challenge of the teams grabbing some fresh shrimp and trying to guess how much 100 pounds of it would be. The team that was the closest would get to keep that shrimp, free of charge! It ended up being Lone Star Chuck Wagon with 77 pounds of shrimp being the closest.

However, that came to bite them in the butt, as the shrimp took way too much prep time to get ready and it slowed them down from selling dishes. Let There Be Bacon bought 15 pounds of the shrimp, so it put them behind schedule as well. Middle Feast skipped the shrimp and it paid off, as they finished with the most sales for the weekend and headed to the finale.

Joining them in The Great Food Truck Race 2014 finale will be Lone Star Chuck Wagon, as they edged out Let There Be Bacon by $582 to take second place! The final two teams head to Tampa, Florida, for the finale next week!
