It was time for the teams on Great Food Truck Race Season 5 to pack up and head to Tucson and take on marketing and selling sonora hot dogs, but who went home on Great Food Truck Race 2014 last night? Last night on The Great Food Truck Race Season 5, the teams headed to Tucson and they were told to work on their marketing and brand. So, Tyler Florence gave them $300 of seed money and $100 of it went to marketing. Some teams went old school and sold raffle tickets for an MP3 player. We also saw teams call the local news station for some press coverage and other teams blew up social media to get their name out there.

While all the teams seemed to be doing well, Tyler called and told them they would be adding a local staple into their menus: sonora hot dogs! They could put their own twist on them, but the team that sold the most (Beach Cruisers) would get $500 added to their till!

Gourmet Graduates had a rough week, as they argued during their selling times and never really did any marketing. They closed shop for a little while to walk around and check out the other trucks and drum up business. They also said they did four times what they made the weekend before, so they closed early. They should have stayed open, as they had the lowest numbers for the week and were sent home!
