Top Chef - Season 11

Last night on Top Chef Season 11, the chefs started the show with a Quickfire Challenge where they had to make and bottle their own hot sauce for legendary musician Dr. John. None of the chefs really knew what Dr. John was saying in his critiques and if it was good or bad, but Brian was named the winner for the second week in a row and he earned immunity yet again!


For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs worked together as a team to butcher a 300-pound pig and then were responsible for cooking the entire pig with each of their own dishes. Judge Tom Colicchio said it may have been the best food all-around that he has tasted ever on Top Chef, which is major props to all of the chefs.

However, they all may have been good dishes, but someone still had to be eliminated on Top Chef 2013 last night. Louis Maldonado made some great pork, but he threw some popcorn in with his dish and pretty much anything he could get his hands on and the judges did not like the combination, so he was eliminated. He heads to Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen to take on Janine Booth, who seems unbeatable!
