It was the last challenge of the season on Last Comic Standing Season 8 and we move on to the Title Rounds next week with the Top 5 on Last Comic Standing 2014, but we had to send one more comic home before that could happen, so who got eliminated on Last Comic Standing 2014 last night? Last night on Last Comic Standing Season 8, we saw the comics take on the roast of comedian Gilbert Gottfried. I was intrigued to see this one, as a roast is totally different from telling jokes and none of the Top 6 had done a roast before! They got some tips from mentor Jeff Ross and then the roast began. Lachlan Patterson has been sneaking up those charts as one of my favorite comics of the season, as he is getting better and better. He was one of the best, but Nikki Carr was declared the winner and safe for the night.

It was Joe Machi (again) voted into the head-to-head competition and he picked Karlous Miller to go up against. Karlous was up first and was not very impressive. Joe came out and blew me away again and showed us why the other comedians are afraid of him and keep voting him into the head-to-heads! The judges were not impressed by Karlous and did not think he came into it prepared, so they sent him home and Joe Machi moved on to the Top 5 on Last Comic Standing 2014!
