With all of the results being announced by Mario Lopez taking up most of the time, we do have a special performance by One Direction tonight on The X Factor 2013! Commence the girls screaming now! Last night on The X Factor Season 3, the acts took on British Invasion Night and sang all songs from artists from the U.K. There were some good song choices and some bad ones, but my favorites remain Alex & Sierra. I am drawn to them when they perform, which is the sign of a star, right?
Who is going home tonight on The X Factor Season 3? It is a tossup with these ten acts, so it is tough to see any of them go home on The X Factor 2013! I still made my predictions earlier, so check them out while we wait for the recap to start!

Here we go…we start with a look back at the performances from the Top 10 on The X Factor 2013 last night. Who was your favorite performer last night?
Apparently being on The X Factor USA 2013 takes a fearless person. We watch the acts and what they do for superstitions and what they do before going on stage. Wasting time much, huh?
The X Factor USA Season 3 Top 10 take the stage and we have our first elimination of the night! The first act eliminated tonight on The X Factor 2013 is Khaya Cohen! I called this one and no sing-off for her tonight!
And let the screams begin, as One Direction takes the stage and sings “Story Of My Life” for the screaming girls. They are cute boys, aren’t they?
Back to the results on The X Factor USA 2013 and these are the seven acts safe tonight before the sing-off:
- Rion Paige – Girls
- Josh Levi – Boys
- Alex & Sierra – Groups
- Lillie McCloud – Over 25s
- Jeff Gutt – Over 25s
- Ellona Santiago – Girls
- Restless Road – Groups
That means Tim Olstad and Carlito Olivero will sing for survival and the judges will decide who stays. Who do you think goes home?
Time for the sing-off and up first is Tim Olstad. He takes on a song by the guy that he is often compared to: Josh Groban. I am not impressed and he is just way too boring. The song was too big for him. Carlos Olivero is up next and this was a good performance for him. He needs to slow it down every week and forget the dancing and he could go further in this competition. I think Carlos is safe and Tim goes home. What do you think?
Here we go. The boys get one chance to tell the judges why they should save them. Now it is time for the judges to vote: Kelly sends home Tim, Demi sends home Tim, Paulina sends home Tim after what seemed like an hour to announce it and Tim Olstad has been eliminated on The X Factor 2013 tonight!
