The Voice 2019 Spoilers: John Legend Is A Threat? (VIDEO)

While everyone is excited about The Voice 2019 premiere, it looks like The Voice Season 16 coaches might be a little worried about their newest competition: John Legend! Yes, the talk of the town is how John Legend is joining The Voice as a new coach for this upcoming season and we all know how much of a threat he can be. You have to admit, thinking about battling John Legend for a singer to join their team, that’s gotta be a big deal. Sure, Blake Shelton has all his victories on The Voice to use as his battleground and Kelly Clarkson has won the last two seasons, so she has that going for her. Adam Levine just headlined the Super Bowl halftime show, so does that count as leverage?

He might try it, but can any of them compete with John and his EGOT he’s got going on? I mean, he can also tease the fact that his wife, Chrissy Teigen, might show up at a rehearsal and you’d have me picking him!

In the video Legend claims he is just a “nice, sweet guy from Ohio” and they have nothing to be afraid of, it appears Kelly has never been as terrified as she is of John as a coach. Adam said they are scared, but it doesn’t seem like any of this is phasing Blake and his six Voice trophies!
