It looks like another relationship formed out of The Bachelor franchise has ended, but this time coming out of Bachelor Pad as Tenley Molzahn and Kiptyn Locke have ended their relationship after 2 1/2 years together, which is a long time in Bachelor years! Both were runner-ups on their seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, but eventually met when they both appeared on Bachelor Pad in 2010.
