I will be honest: America’s Got Talent 2013 was a little on the boring side for me last night and the performances were nothing special, especially with the fact that we are at the semifinals on AGT 2013! I want to see more exciting and more fun performances and these 12 acts seemed to let me down. Am I alone on that thought? I was under the impression that eight acts would perform each week and then the finale. Not the case, as 12 acts took the stage last night on America’s Got Talent Season 8. I saw this story and it just made me laugh, as Hell’s Kitchen Season 11 winner Ja’Nel Witt has failed her drug test that is required before starting her new gig at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, so she has lost the head chef position! This is an interesting change of events for Ja’Nel, who was seen as a frontrunner for most of Hell’s Kitchen 2013 and beat our Mary Poehnelt is the finale back in July.

We have made our way through the auditions on America’s Got Talent 2013 and then Vegas Week and now the Top 60 have all performed at Radio City Music Hall for the Quarterfinals on AGT 2013 and now the Top 24 take on the Semifinals! Eight acts will perform tonight on America’s Got Talent 2013 and it is looking to be a tough battle right out of the gate. It is going to be harder and harder to see these acts go home on AGT Season 8, but we are only a few weeks of finding out the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 8!
