Survivor Caramoan 2013 Recap: Episode 8 – The Merge Happens!

Two tribes become one tonight on Survivor Caramoan 2013, as Gota Tribe and Bikal Tribe become no more and the Fans and Favorites will all unite under one tribe on Survivor 2013, so prepare for lots of drama tonight on Survivor Season 26 as the castaways try to work out the new alliances and a major blindside takes place! Last week on Survivor Caramoan 2013, we saw another Fan get the boot from the Bikal Tribe, as Phillip Sheppard and his alliance decided that Julia needed to go home over Michael. You know Corinne had a say in that because she loves playing with the gays, so keep Michael around.

When the two tribes merge tonight on Survivor 2013, you never know what to expect, but it should get interesting when the castaways try to pull off a major blindside. Who will get blindsided and will they be successful? Find out during our Survivor Caramoan 2013 Recap starting soon!

Here we go…the Bikal Tribe comes back from Tribal Council and Michael is glad to be back and Phillip congratulates him? Why? Phillip then pulls Corinne and Dawn aside and tells them that he threw the challenge that day, but Corinne knows that he is lying. They both know he just can’t admit he screwed up in the challenge! Corinne says there is no question that he needs to go!

The next day arrives and Dawn is feeling emotional because this is the time in her first season that she was kicked out and she wants to win this so bad for her family. Over at Gota Tribe on Survivor Caramoan 2013, they see a boat come up to shore and they get a note telling them to grab what they need the merge is happening!

The tribes come together and now it is time for things to get interesting. They get new buffs and get food, so they all enjoy some sandwiches and drinks and come up with a new tribe: Enil Edam, which Malcolm comes up with. It is his Mom’s name backwards, but it is supposed to mean new beginning as well.

Phillip then talks with Andrea and said it is her, Dawn, Cochran and himself in the final four and they need to be strong together and think like Boston Rob. Andrea is feeling safe, since eight Favorites and four Fans, but you never know!

Corinne then talks with Malcolm and tells him that they need to get rid of Phillip and they can with maybe Reynold, Eddie, Erik and Michael. They say maybe take out Sherri first quietly and then blindside the Favorites after. She feels she is on the same page as Malcolm, but is she really???

The castaways get tree mail and it is for the food challenge! They will be eating some disgusting stuff, but it is for immunity and some of them might need that more than others on Survivor 2013.

Immunity Challenge Time: it is the first individual Immunity Challenge and they will take part in a food-eating competition of some local delicacies. The final person wins immunity and may be puking all night!

First round of six: Andrea, Sherri, Corinne, Erik, Eddie and Malcolm and it is beetle larvae and the first three done move on. Andrea, Malcolm and Eddie finish first and move on!

Second Round: Reynold, Brenda, Phillip, Michael, Cochran and Dawn and they are eating the beetle larvae as well. Cochran, Phillip and Michael move on!

Third Round: The six remaining will eat ship worms and the first three done will move on. It is the ocean’s equivalent of a termite! Malcolm, Eddie and Cochran move on!

Fourth Round: The final three will eat duck embryos and the first two done will move to the final round! You can see the freakin’ feathers and beak! Cochran is done first and he is not messing around on this challenge! Malcolm is second and moves on.

Final Round: For the final meal, they eat pig brains! The first person with an empty mouth wins immunity. It goes fast, but Cochran finishes first and he wins the first individual immunity on Survivor Caramoan 2013!

The tribe comes back and we have a half hour left in the show, so major drama even before Tribal Council begins. Cochran loves that he won immunity and everyone is happy for him. Phillip wants to take a big fish out, but Corinne is trying to get him to vote for Sherri but he is not listening to her. She goes to the rest of the alliance and tell them to vote Sherri and override Phillip. Cochran is worried about it and it might show non-alliance among the Favorites.

Corinne then talks with Reynold and Eddie and tells them to go Sherri on the first vote and get Phillip on the second vote. They love the idea, but are strapping their hopes to Malcolm and Corinne!

Now more talking, as Corinne and Dawn talk and she tells Dawn she thinks Sherri is an easy vote and then get Phillip on the next vote. She wants Dawn to join their alliance, but Dawn got screwed over last time by not telling anyone this new info she got before the vote and so she goes and talks to Cochran and now it looks like they might be going after Corinne tonight! She is talking with too many people tonight and I think she is screwed now and they are going to go after her now! She is done-zo, as Andrea agrees.

Andrea goes to Phillip and tells him Corinne’s plan and he knew it and now it is an attack on Corinne. Phillip tells Sherri to join them or she is gone. Erik is told to vote both ways, so he is the swing vote tonight on Survivor 2013 Caramoan! How will it go?

Tribal Council Time: Michael said it seems about right that a Fan will probably be voted off tonight. The main focus of the talk seems to be on Corinne, but not mentioning her actual name. “Someone on the bottom of the power alliance” or “someone trying to make a big move” and they all know what is going on! Sherri comes out and says the Fans don’t have a chance. Well, that is a good attitude to have or real good at faking? Time to vote and it looks like it will be a battle between Corinne and Sherri and comes down to what Erik voted! Jeff Probst tallies the votes and no one plays the hidden immunity idol. The votes are: Sherri, Sherri, Sherri, Sherri, Sherri, Corinne, Corinne, Corinne, Corinne, Corinne and it is a tie with two votes left! Corinne again and the last vote goes to Corinne and she is voted off Survivor Caramoan 2013! Malcolm is pissed and she just got punched in the face! Wow is all I can say!!!
