Survivor 2014 Cagayan Recap: Week 8 – Who Got Eliminated Tonight?

It has been a wild ride on Survivor 2014 Cagayan and that ride continues tonight on Survivor Cagayan 2014, as the castaways contemplate a big move and possibly voting out Tony tonight? I would not complain about that one at all, but I don’t see it happening! You never know because a big move has to eventually be made on Survivor Season 28 and the alliance can’t stick together forever. When will it crumble? Last week on Survivor Cagayan 2014, there was some fun times had, as Spencer found a clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol stuffed in his napkin while at their reward steak dinner. He tried to find the idol on his own, but Woo knew something was going on and stalked him down and found the clue stuffed in Spencer’s pants! He shared it with his alliance and the hunt was on, but it turned out Spencer found the idol, even with everyone on his back! At Tribal Council, they tried to get Kass to join them and vote out Tony, but she stuck with her new alliance and voted Morgan out.

We see the castaways coming back from Tribal Council last week. Tony is pissed he was voted for two weeks in a row and tries to say they voted Morgan out because she was worthless. He said they could have come to him and asked to vote for her and laying it on thick…bad move Tony, but I like seeing it!

The next day Trish and LJ are talking and are worried about Tony and where he goes from now, as they know he is ticked about his name being voted for and think he could be in scramble mode. Tony talks with LJ and thinks he is just like him, so he wants LJ gone and is going to try and set him up to break a promise to the alliance of six. Tony said Woo has a hidden idol and he is trying to pin everyone against LJ right now, but he may be overthinking and planning too much on Survivor 2014 Cagayan!

Reward Challenge: the castaways will be broken up into teams of three. They will throw a rope threw a ring and release sand bags. They will then toss as far down as possible the sand bags through a netted tunnel. They will then work together to maneuver the sand bags the rest of the way with their fingers. Then someone will bounce the sand bags on a trampoline and get them in five goals. First team to complete wins a spa day!

The teams are Orange (Jefra, Trish and LJ), Purple (Kass, Tasha and Woo) and Green (Spencer, Tony and Jeremiah). Green Team is off to a quick start, but everyone gets the sand bags and are tossing them into the tunnel. They are all working the sand bags out, but Green Team is done first and Tony starts working on getting them in the goals. He gets three right off the bat, but the other teams are now bouncing sand bags. He nails it the second time and gets the other two goals, so Tony, Jeremiah and Spencer win the spa day! And this will probably put a bigger target on Tony’s back, right?

The other castaways come back to camp on Survivor 2014 Cagayan and Woo is not happy to not win, but happy Tony is there to keep an eye on Jeremiah and Spencer. Jefra is sad to lose, but think the alliance of six is strong. LJ talks with Trish and Jefra and he said that Tony is talking about Woo having the idol and voting him out, but said they need to stay strong and Trish said she can calm Tony down and think they need to stay calm.

Over at spa day, Tony said they just need to stay put and go with what he is saying and you never know when things will change. Tony thinks he is running this thing and we all know what happened to Sarah when she thought that way. Tony said that Jeremiah and Spencer are safe and he needs them when he needs to make a big move on his team.

Everyone is back at camp on Survivor Cagayan 2014 and Tasha knows she is in an alliance of three up against an alliance of six, so she needs someone to flip. She thinks LJ is smart enough and knows that Tony won’t take a strong guy to the end. She invites LJ to come talk to her, but he is worried about Tony getting riled because he is anxious right now and does not go talk to her!

Immunity Challenge: Jeff is going to show them a series of color tiles. They will have to repeat them back to him and get it right, they move on. Get it wrong and they are out. Last person in it will win immunity, so memory is huge tonight on Survivor 2014 Cagayan!

First Round: Trish is out on second color. Woo is out on third color.

Second Round: Jeremiah, Kass, Spencer and Jefra are out on sixth color. On the last color, Tasha gets it right and wins immunity! I am so excited for her and this could mess with some things tonight, huh?

Back at camp and Tasha is so happy and says in your face to LJ. The alliance of six talks and they talk about splitting the vote between Jeremiah and Spencer, in case they have an idol. Tony thinks the time is now to strike and he is going to get trouble going around camp about blindsiding Woo and put the blame on LJ, even though Tony put the idea in LJ’s head. Now Tony is talking to Spencer and said they want LJ gone now. Now Trish and Tony talk and he said that LJ was lying to her and LJ was trying to break the six, but LJ said Tony was trying to do it and is paranoid. I think Tony is trying to work too much and it could hurt him. Trish wants to keep the six strong, but this could hurt Spencer if he believes Tony and keeps his idol.

Tribal Council: Tony pretends like he has a Hidden Immunity Idol in his bag and said he has some safety and you’ll probably see it tonight, but Jeff questions why it is so tight he would need it. LJ said their alliance is pretty water tight and loyalty is huge to him and he has a sharp eye. Tony brings out the construction worker lie again and Sarah gives a crazy face when he says it! Woo said the six are still strong and now is not the time to make a move. It appears they will stick with the split vote for Jeremiah and Spencer, but not sure on this one. Time for the vote on Survivor 2014. Jeff tallies the votes and no idols are played!

Votes: LJ, LJ, LJ, Jeremiah, Jeremiah, Jeremiah, Spencer, LJ and LJ! Yup, he trusted the snake in the bunch and got voted off. Silly, silly man! Jefra is shocked, but this happens because of the “construction worker” sitting there with you!
