Survivor 2014 Cagayan Recap: Week 4 – Who Got Eliminated Tonight?

We will see an end to the Beauty, Brains and Brawn Tribes on Survivor 2014 Cagayan tonight, as Jeff Probst tells the castaways on Survivor Season 28 to throw in their buffs and new tribes are forming on Survivor 2014 tonight! This could shake things up in a big way because alliances are just starting to take shape and now they will be all screwed up, especially on the Brawn Tribe who has never been to Tribal Council yet, so we have no idea where their alliances lay yet! It will be fun to watch, so follow along with out Survivor 2014 Cagayan Recap and see who got voted off Survivor 2014 tonight!

Last week on Survivor Season 28, we saw Sarah try to mix things up for the Brawn Tribe. She was sick of Cliff and thought he was trying to get rid of her (thanks to a lie told to her by Tony), so she wanted to throw the Immunity Challenge and vote out Cliff. As hard as they tried, J’Tia sucked it up at another challenge and held the Brains Tribe back and they lost yet again! The tribe finally got it together at Tribal Council and voted her off!

Here we go…we see the Brains Tribe get back to the camp after Tribal Council and Spencer is happy to still be alive in the game. Kass said they are the crap for brain tribe.

Reward Challenge: the tribes arrive and while they think it is a Reward Challenge, Jeff surprises them and tells them to drop their buffs!!! Two new tribes are forming: Aparri (Sarah, Spencer, Morgan, Kass, Tasha, Jeremiah and Alexis) and Solana (Woo, Cliff, Trish, Jefra, LJ, Lindsay and Tony). Sarah is the only one from the Brawn Tribe in her new tribe, so she is nervous.

For the challenge, one person will hold a pole. Two members from the other tribe will try to remove them from the pole and drag them to the finish line. Do it and get a point. First tribe to two points wins. The winning tribe gets coffee and donuts and bagles and muffins and all these goodies! We have Sarah and Morgan working on Lindsay and they are getting her off easily, but she fights back. Tasha is not letting go of that pole for Trish and Jefra. No moving for Tasha and they get Lindsay across the line, so one point for Aparri.

Now we have LJ and Trish going against Alexis and Spencer against Cliff. LJ and Trish get Alexis right off and it is all even. The final one has Jeremiah and Spencer against Cliff and Lindsay and Tony against Sarah. Cliff has way too much legs to get off those poles. They struggle getting him off and Sarah comes off easy, but she fights the whole way. Solana wins and gets the goodies and the Brains Tribe members lose again on their new tribe!

The Solana Tribe comes back and they are enjoying all their sweets, but LJ knows he is outnumbered because five members of the Brawn Tribe are there. Trish and LJ are both from Boston and it might help him out! He seems to be flirting with her, but he is going to work it to stay in the game. Cliff likes the Brawn stuck together, but he is worried about Trish and going to keep an eye on her.

Over on Aparri Tribe on Survivor Cagayan 2014 and Sarah is scared because now she is the odd man out. Sarah said they have two bags of rice because Trish took the second bag on Day 1. Now Morgan is screwed because she is outed and Alexis is already over her, so she is jumping ship and hits up the Brains Tribe to form a four-person alliance. She is jumping ship and Spencer now thinks the Brains can do some work!

Now the Solana Tribe is chatting and Trish is sharing all the secrets and alliances with Jefra. She is trying to work it, but Cliff is there lurking in the weeds listening!

Immunity Challenge: we only have one Immunity Idol now! Each tribe will use one large log to smash through two walls. They will then work the log through a maze and first tribe to bang the gong wins immunity. Trish sits for Solana and Morgan for Aparri after rock, paper, scissors with Alexis.

Solana breaks through the first wall. Aparri is struggling, but they switch up and put the guys in front and get through it and catch up! They both get through the second wall at same time, so now it is time to get that log through the maze on Survivor 2014! It is neck-and-neck and literally Aparri pushes it through a little before them and they win immunity! No immunity for the former Brains Tribe and the Solana Tribe will head to Tribal Council with the former Brawn Tribe members going for the first time!

The Solana Tribe is back at camp and they don’t know how they lost. LJ said they should have won that challenge and now him and Jefra are in a tough spot. He tries to work it with the tribe and said he is good in challenges. Cliff thinks LJ and Trish can form a bond with both being from Boston, so they want LJ gone. Lindsay is worried with Trish talking to him so much. Trish talks to LJ and said they want to get rid of Cliff, so now he thinks he might not have to play his Hidden Immunity Idol. Trish talks with Tony now and said they have to get rid of Cliff now and he is first to go! Tony doesn’t think there is any reason to do this, so this could go back to hurt Trish on Survivor 2014 Cagayan. Now Tony talks to Cliff and said Trish can do what she wants, but she doesn’t have the numbers! They are still going for LJ and then Trish will be screwed next time, but LJ has the Idol for safety.

Tribal Council: LJ said it was uncomfortable for him and Jefra. Cliff said they have the numbers and you would assume that you would stick with your numbers, but there is always that person who plays with emotions and does something stupid. Woo said you can’t play with your emotions and trust. Trish said numbers are important, but they have to work for you. Lindsay said LJ and Jefra have nothing to lose, so the Brawn should stick together. Time for the vote and who knows where this is going. Jeff tallies the votes and LJ does not play his Hidden Immunity Idol!

Votes: LJ, Cliff, LJ, Cliff, LJ, Cliff and Cliff and Lindsay and Woo are shocked as Cliff has been voted off and another blindside on Survivor 2014 and LJ keeps his Idol!
