I have seen the first trailer for Elysium and I was impressed, but the new Elysium movie trailer starring Matt Damon and Jodie Foster looks even more intense and I think Sony has a hit on their hands. The new Elysium movie trailer gives us even more details about what will happen and what to expect and this is definitely not a type of movie I would go see, but this looks really good. Elysium Movie 2013

The movie takes us to the year 2154, where the world is divided into two. We have Earth, where everyone is fighting and trying to survive among the poverty, but then there is Elysium, where the privileged and there is no crime, no poverty and no sickness. It is the perfect world, but only the rich are allowed. Matt Damon needs to save his daughter, so he will do anything to get her up to Elysium.


The movie is directed by Neill Blomkamp, the Oscar-nominated director of District 9. This is Neill’s first movie since District 9 and Elysium 2013 might be a winner too. Again, this is a movie I would not be excited to see normally, but this Elysium movie trailer looks intense and good. Check it out:
