According to multiple sources, a 67-year-old Wisconsin man was so angry over Bristol Palin’s poor performances on “Dancing With The Stars” that he shot his television set with a shotgun. The incident lead to an overnight standoff with police.

Police say the man, Steven Cowan, said Palin was “not a good dancer and was only on the show because of her famous mother.” And he has a point. The stories are painting Cowan as a crazy person, but he sounds pretty sane to me. She shouldn’t still be on the show. And even on last night’s results show, she mad it into the finals. Actually, I think she never should have been on the show. She wasn’t even a “star.” All she was known for was being an unwed teenage mother of a vice-presidential candidate. OK, I’m going to stop now.

I’m just worried that if she wins the show, there are going to be a lot of TVs shot to death.
