We are in for a long night on Last Comic Standing 2014 tonight, as the finalists on Last Comic Standing Season 8 will take the stage and perform for the judges (Roseanne Barr, Keenan Ivory Wayans and Russell Peters). The winner of Last Comic Standing 2014 will be crowned when all is said and done, but it will take two hours to get there! We will see the judges perform and eliminated comedians take the stage before a winner is announced! Last Comic Standing- Season 8

Last week on Last Comic Standing Season 8, it was the final four comics performing for the judges and hoping to earn a spot in the finale. I thought it would be Rod Man and Joe Machi in the finale for sure, so a matter of Nikki or Lachlan joining them, depending on who had a better set. The male judges seemed to think that Joe had a bad set, but Roseanne wanted to see him move. The guys won out, as they sent home Joe Machi and upset all the fans!

Here we go…we have JB Smoove in place and this finale has gotten started! The judges come out and time to get to the first finalist of the night!

LACHLAN PATTERSON: To be honest, I am shocked he is in the finale. This should be intriguing to see how this set goes. He was actually pretty funny tonight and seemed very comfortable on that stage. I know they only show us snippets of their sets, so maybe he was better throughout the season than what we saw? Keenan said we saw someone who wants it and he came out pacing that stage like a panther ready to attack. Russell said he shocked him again and way more animated this time and it really worked for him. Roseanne said he brought it up ten notches and it is going to be harder than hell!

NIKKI CARR: I don’t know what it is about her, but I used to think she was so funny and I was a fan. However, her sets the past few weeks have not been that great and nothing special about this set either. She gave me some chuckles, but no big moments for me. Roseanne said the presence and charisma she has fills up every square inch of the room. Russell said that was a great set and he could not have hoped for a better set from her. Keenan said she looks stunning and not that there has been any doubt, but a surprise and she loves being here and they love seeing her.

ROD MAN: With Joe Machi gone, this should be a done-deal for Rod Man, right??? I just love him and he is the only remaining comic that makes me laugh out loud. I am giving him the victory right here, right now! What do you think? Keenan said he really enjoyed his set and very funny. Russell said his charm is the way he is confused by the world and the way he sells it to us, we get confused with him. Roseanne said he could read the phone book and she would be roaring. He is just talking about corn and it is hilarious and she loves him on Last Comic Standing 2014.

Now we wait for those results to come, but we will waste a lot of time. First it is a look at JB Smoove as host and all the love he got. Then a special performance from Alingon Mitra, who was the winner of Comic Callback of all the eliminated comedians this season. He had a good set actually.

RESULTS: The judges have made their first decision of the night and all three of them will be performing again. They made it look like Rod Man was going home and I was ready to turn off my TV! The judges loved them all and couldn’t eliminate any of them, so all will perform again!

Before we see those performances, we have some filler space and see sets from Russell Peters and Roseanne! How can you not love Roseanne, right? Now it is time for the finalists to perform one last time on Last Comic Standing 2014!

NIKKI CARR: I like this set better than the first one. She talked about weight and being heavier and she got some laughs out of me.

ROD MAN: I’ll say it again….I just love this show and he is funny and his show would be amazing. Please, please, please let him win!

LACHLAN PATTERSON: He had some good jokes mixed in there, but some we have heard before. To me, the others have kept it more fresh every time.

RESULTS: The judges had a good discussion on this one and Roseanne was adamant about something and being a “bitch” about it, per her words. Not sure what it was, but it comes down to this final decision and the winner of Last Comic Standing Season 8 is ROD MAN!!! I could not be any happier right now!
