Hell's Kitchen 2014 Spoilers - Week 15 Preview 3

Last week on Hells Kitchen Season 12, we saw the famous Blind Taste Test! Gordon Ramsay blindfolds the chefs and feeds them mysterious items and they have to guess what it is. To show you how bad these chefs are, we had a few of them get ZERO correct! How is that even possible, as one of the items is usually pretty obvious? Either way, we saw the Blue Team have an amazing dinner service (Chef Ramsay said it was one of the best on the show ever)! The Red Team had to nominate two chefs and it was a battle of the guys, as Anton and Scott were nominated. Chef Ramsay thought Anton started strong this season, but has gown on a downward slope all season long and it was time for him to go home!

Here we go…

DORMS: The chefs are surprised to see Anton sent home, but Jason was happy to see his cocky-self go home! Joy wants Scott gone next and he doesn’t blend well with the other chefs.

CHALLENGE: The next morning arrives and they have cars down for them and they head out to the market! They meet Chef Ramsay and each team will have $35 to create three stunning entree dishes. He will then judge the dishes and give it a cost in a restaurant. The team with the biggest profit will win! Melanie is buying cornish hen and a lot of it, which her team doesn’t think they will have time to cook. Scott buys expensive meat and using a lot of the budget!

Both teams hit budget and are back in the kitchen! Both teams are struggling with their meat and getting it done properly. The cornish hen is not done and they throw it on the hot skillet to get it done. Joy’s pork is not done and she is upset to put raw pork on the plate!

JUDGING: Chef Ramsay will be joined by food critics/editors to judge the dishes from both teams.

BLUE TEAM: Jason is $20, Rochelle & Gabriel’s dish is $21.33 and Melanie is $28 and a total of $69.33.

RED TEAM: Kashia is $24.67, Scott is $23.67 and Joy is $24.67 and a total of $73.01, so the Red Team wins!

REWARDS: For winning, the Red Team will head out for some shopping with a $1,000 gift certificate and then dinner! For losing, the Blue Team will be doing some spring cleaning of Hell’s Kitchen! Scott is nice and gets an outfit for his wife, who is at home and taking care of the kids! The Blue Team is cleaning the dorms, which are disgusting and Rochelle pukes it up while cleaning!

CHALLENGE: The chefs head down the next day and think they are going to be prepping, but there is Chef Ramsay with a room full of people and the cameras flashing! He claims he is starting a Hell’s Kitchen and a dish from each season will be each month. Chef Ramsay is then joined by Season 3 winner Rock Harper, Season 9 winner Paul Niedermann and Season 10 second runner-up Dana Cohen! Of course, the month of December is empty and the winning dish will take that spot tonight. The winning chef will also earn a black jacket and earn immunity from dinner service!

They have 45 minutes to make the dish and get started. Rochelle is freaking out about what to make and Joy can’t figure out what protein to use and is taking a while to decide. Melanie and Gabriel are both making lamb, so that will be a test for both of them. Kashia burns her squash and Melanie is struggling with her potatoes and adds flour, which is a no-no. Gabriel has raw lamb and running out of time! Time runs out and they all get their dish plated and time for judging by all four chefs.

JASON: Paul said it is plain and boring. Chef Rock gives him a 3, Chef Dana gives a 2, Chef Paul a 1 and Chef Ramsay a 2. That is a total of 8.

KASHIA: She can’t even explain the dish because Rock is there. They say they need one more item to finish it. They all give her a 3, but Chef Ramsay gave a 2 and a total of 11.

ROCHELLE: Chef Rock gives it a 4, but the other chefs give her a 3 and a total of 13.

SCOTT: They think it looks really good, but it has no flavor and needs seasoning. He gets a total of 11!

MELANIE: They are not impressed and think it tastes like paste, which is from adding raw flour! She gets a total of 5 points!

GABRIEL: They want to know where the rest of the lamb is, since he only put two slices on the plate. The part he left off is cooked perfectly, but they can’t judges it and he gets 0 points!

JOY: She makes a dish where her inspiration is cooking things she has never cooked before. This pisses Chef Ramsay off and that is where things end! “To Be Continued” pops up on the screen and I guess we get a winner next week on Hell’s Kitchen 2014?
