America's Got Talent - Season 9

Last night on America’s Got Talent Season 9, the first twelve acts took the stage and I was a little underwhelmed. Sure, they all had good performances and no big screw ups, but then I found myself bored and thinking they should be bigger and more over-the-top. None of the acts wowed me, but I liked them. Miguel Dakota ended the night on a high note, with his cover of a Beatles song. Was it enough to get him into the semifinals on America’s Got Talent 2014?

I guess we will find out soon enough, as the results show on AGT 2014 will begin shortly, but while you wait for our Live Recap you can head over and check out our predictions from earlier today and see who we think will move on!

Here we go…okay, here comes Nick Cannon and what the hell is he wearing???? Some words from the judges and then a look back at the show from last night and behind-the-scenes look. Who was your favorite act? The 12 acts take the stage and results coming soon?

More time-stalling, as we see the Snapple after-party and the acts enjoying their time after the show! Now to the results on AGT 2014!

GROUP 1: Jasmine Flowers, Emily West and Valo & Bobby

RESULTS: Emily West is safe and moving on, which means that Jasmine Flowers and Valo & Bobby are eliminated!

Nick then talks with some of the acts backstage. Then the judges tour NYC, thanks to tour guide Howie Mandel. Heidi will be on The Tonight Show and then a performance from Enrique Iglesias. He is still around?

GROUP 2: Dan Naturman, The Willis Clan and Sean & Luke

RESULTS: Dan Naturman is safe and moving on, which means that The Willis Clan and Sean & Luke are eliminated on America’s Got Talent 2014 tonight!

GROUP 3: Julia Goodwin, J.D. Anderson and Miguel Dakota

RESULTS: The third act going into the semifinals is Miguel Dakota, so Julia and J.D. are eliminated!

We look at the finalists from Today’s Got Talent and their performances from The Today Show. We now have Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie take center stage to announce the winner. The votes were tallied and the winner was Cornell Bhangra and they will be performing in the live shows in the next couple weeks.

FINAL GROUP: David & Leeman, Baila Conmigo and Flight Crew Jump Rope

RESULTS: David & Leeman are safe and moving on to the semifinals on AGT 2014! That leaves us with Baila Conmigo and Flight Crew Jump Rope and the judges will discuss and pick who moves on and who goes home!

The 12 acts performing next week on America’s Got Talent 2014 are Jaycob Curlee, Aerial Animation, Livy, Matt & Sammy, Mat Franco, John & Andrew, Loop Rawlins, Andrey Moraru, Darik Santos, Acte II, Juan Carlos, Hart Dance Team and Mara Justine.

Back to the results and we look at their performances one more time from last night. Time for the judges to cast their votes: Heidi votes Baila Conmigo, Mel B votes Flight Crew Jump Rope, Howie votes Baila Conmigo and Howard votes Baila Conmigo. That means Baila Conmigo is moving on and Flight Crew Jump Rope has been eliminated!
